👀 Chika Alert mga Ka-Senior High! 👀

Huyyy, narinig niyo na ba? Flu season is so back 🤒 at parang ang dami-dami nang nag-uubo’t sipon sa paligid. Kaya bago ka pa maging “next victim” ng trangkaso, eto na ang legit na tea para safe ka habang nagre-review at naghahanda sa exams:

😷 Mask is the new fashion statement – hindi lang pang-OOTD, pang-proteksyon din. Kaya kung lalabas ka, mask ON lagi!
🧘‍♀️ Kung may lagnat or sipon, wag kang magpaka-hero – magpahinga, uminom ng gamot, at wag na muna pumasok para hindi ka makahawa.
💦 Stay hydrated bestie – tubig is life, at vitamins are your bffs para lumakas immune system mo.
🧼 Hugas-kamay gang – wag puro “clean girl aesthetic,” dapat clean hands din. 🧼
💤 Sleep > Scroll – wag puro puyat kakasagot ng reviewer leaks sa gc 😅, rest din para may energy ka sa exam day.

So ayan mga ka-Grade 11 at 12, wag tayong patalo sa flu! 😤 Mag-ingat, stay healthy, at iwas chika na may kasamang ubo.
