The Central Student Council Formerly University Student Government of PUP Mulanay Campus convened its 2nd Special Session for the Academic Year 2026โ2027 on August 5, 2026, at 7:00 led by the CSC President Jericho B. Carabido, with 13 out of 14 CSC officers present and one (1) absent.
Invitees from the concerned Student Formations:

2. Hon. JC Figuera, YES Organization Governor
3. Hon. Shella Mendoza, Wizard Chairperson
4. Hon. Jane Cabales, ACES Chairperson
5. Hon. Acemael Mias, SOAR Chairperson
The session deliberated the following matters:
1. Foundation Day
2. Annual proposed activities for Academic, Sports and Cultural fair
3. Other events
Considering this session, the Council unanimously acted on the following:
1. ๐๐ข๐ก๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก ๐๐๐ฌ
The Foundation Day celebration will be held from September 2 to 4, 2026. On September 2, students will gather at the Quadrangle for a Mass, Festive-themed Bazaar, Ribbon Cutting, Yell Competition, and Trashion Show as the highlight of the said event. On September 3, students shall follow color-coded attire for the Palarong Panlahi. The final day on September 4 will feature parlor games and a convocation program, with freestyle dress code guidelines to be finalized. Attendance is required for all participants.
2. ๐๐ก๐ก๐จ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฃ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ
The annual cultural activities are proposed by Councilor Jamille Marie Devega and ACES Chairperson Jane Cabales. These include a Musical Theater intended for dancers, singers, and artists, whose goals are to provide a platform, promote collaboration, and contribute to the universityโs cultural and artistic programs.
The proposed Academic Fair activities was proposed by. Councilor Jonnel E. Mabini, WIZARD Chairperson Shella Mendoza, and CSC Pres. Jericho Carabido are: first semester general assembly, scavenger hunt, first semester academic fair, outreach program, second semester general assembly, and action research.
The sports activities was proposed by Councilor Nico T. Fontanil and SOAR Chairperson Acemael Mias and will follow the same set of activities as conducted in previous years.
Other Events include Teachersโ Day activities,1st General Assembly, with the agenda to ratify the constitution through a plebiscite.
There being no further business to transact, the CSC President JERICHO B. CARABIDO, upon motion duly made, seconded, and therefore carried, the Special Session was adjourned on August 5, 2026 at 9:02 in the evening.
