Another **L*D (Long Slow Distance)** in the books!

The team is putting in the miles and getting ready for the **๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ-๐„๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐Š๐Œ ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž** โ€” and honestly, theyโ€™re making these long runs look way too easy! ๐Ÿ˜‚

But donโ€™t be fooled. The distance is real, and the challenge is coming.

Keep it up, team!
Keep building the endurance, challenge yourself, and most importantly, ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ for the big one.

The 100KM isnโ€™t going to run itself.
