A meaningful Saturday at our Branch CAMP (Commit And Make Progress) and 1st Anniversary gathering made even more inspiring by the presence of our Country Head & CEO of Sun Life, Sir Jonathan Juan Moreno. One statement that deeply resonated with us was his reminder that, β€œIn any transformation initiative, you really have to look at the core. You cannot transform an organization or an individual superficially.” It was a powerful reminder for us as leaders and financial advisors that real growth is not built only on production or performance, but on the deeper foundations of culture, values, discipline, and character because these are what allow us to create enduring impact in the lives of the clients and people we serve.

Bro. Audee Villaraza of The Feast reminded us that as financial advisors, we must first learn to take good care of our body because our mission requires strength, discipline, and stewardship.

JJ Book, our Head of New Market Development also challenged us to widen our perspective through current market updates and reminded us to stay aware of emerging markets, deepen our understanding of investments, and become more intentional in offering the product solutions that are most relevant to the changing needs of clients today. Growth happens when we remain curious, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn so we can serve more people with greater value and purpose.
