Ang Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) ay nakaaapekto sa Palawan, Visayas, at Mindanao. Samantala, ang Northeasterly Windflow ay umiiral sa Extreme Northern Luzon, habang ang Easterlies naman ay nakaaapekto sa silangang bahagi ng Northern at Central Luzon.

Sa Cavite, kabilang ang Lungsod ng Imus, inaasahan ang bahagyang maulap hanggang maulap na kalangitan, na may posibilidad ng mga panaka-nakang pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog dulot ng localized thunderstorms. Pinapayuhan ang mga residente na manatiling alerto sa posibleng biglaang pagbuhos ng ulan, malalakas na bugso ng hangin, at pagbaha, lalo na sa mga lugar na mababa at madaling bahain.

Samantala, ayon sa impormasyong inilabas bandang alas-2:00 ng hapon, walang Low Pressure Area (LPA) na binabantayan sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

As of 2:00 AM today, 14 September 2026, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 09d) is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
