๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š: Last April 11, 2026, the Society of Psychological Youth transformed an ordinary night into a living storybook, where imagination met identity, and fiction intertwined with reality. With the enchanting theme OnceUponAPsych, SikoMaristas stepped into the shoes of their most beloved fictional characters โ€“ each costume not just worn, but embodied, reflecting pieces of who they are, who they aspire to be, and the stories that shaped them.

The night unfolded like a tale you never wanted to end filled with captivating performances, heartfelt laughter, and talents that seemed to leap straight out of fantasy worlds. From powerful portrayals to unforgettable moments shared under one roof, it was more than just a celebration, it was a reminder that within every story lies a deeper connection to the human mind and soul.

Calling all talented SikoMaristas! The stage for Psych Stars 2026 is now open. As part of Psych Night: OnceUponAPsych, we invite students to showcase their creativity and talents in a performance that will captivate the audience.
You may perform solo or as a group (maximum of 5 members) and present talents such as singing, dancing, acting, spoken word, instrumental music, magic tricks, or other creative acts. Each performance should run 3โ€“5 minutes, and participants must register through the official Google Form.

๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค: Last March 16, 2026, Baluan Elementary School became a space of learning, connection, and genuine care as the NDDU SPY Officers held a Mental Health Awareness and Su***de Prevention symposium. Grade 5 learners actively engaged in discussions and activities that helped them understand their emotions, develop resilience, and recognize the importance of reaching out for support. The day was filled with curious questions, bright smiles, and thoughtful reflections, each moment showing the studentsโ€™ eagerness to learn, share, and grow.

Guided by Ms. Cherry Faith Carmona, a proud former SPY Officer, the learners were encouraged to open up, share their thoughts, and explore their feelings in a safe and supportive environment. Through stories, interactive exercises, and heartfelt conversations, the space became more than a symposiumโ€”it became a haven of connection, understanding, and care. Every laugh, question, and insight left a lasting impression, turning the day into an experience filled with hope and inspiration.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š: Last February 16, 2025, the Society of Psychological Youth gathered hearts and minds for Kape, Isip, at Puso โ€“ a space dedicated to understanding grief in its many forms. The event began with warm cups of coffee and tasty pastries, welcoming everyone into a safe and comforting atmosphere as they sat and listened to speakers share insights about loss, healing, and the quiet strength found in vulnerability.

After the heartwarming conversation, SikoMaristas formed groups of five, creating circles of trust where stories of grief were gently shared. The space filled with tears, honest reflections, and moments of silence that spoke louder than words, but it ended with warm hugs and comforting reassurances, reminding everyone that while grief may feel heavy, no one has to carry it alone.

Today marks the 40th anniversary of the peaceful uprising along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue where millions of Filipinos stood side by side, choosing courage over fear, hope over silence, and democracy over dictatorship in the Philippines.

The People Power movement was more than just a turning point that led to the fall of Ferdinand Marcos. It became a reminder that real power has always belonged to the people, to ordinary citizens that are willing to stand together for freedom, truth, and change. Forty years later, the spirit of EDSA lives not only in history books but in every Filipino who still believes that a nationโ€™s strength is found in its people.
