In the two-day learning session, our Occupational Safety and Health Department team didn’t just learn how to present—they learned how to lead the room with clarity, confidence, and purpose. 🎤💡

Pushing past their comfort zones, participants took on the challenge of crafting their own presentation slides, structuring their topics effectively, and delivering them with authenticity and presence. Through practice, feedback, and perseverance, they honed not only their presentation techniques but also their ability to engage, influence, and inspire others—skills that are essential in driving a strong safety culture.

Our Leadership Talk has come to a powerful close, marking an inspiring journey for all of us! Together, we learned that true leadership is not about avoiding challenges, but about facing them head-on with courage, adaptability, and perseverance. This session reminded us that resilience is the heart of leadership, fueling growth for ourselves and those we lead.

LRSI-HB1 Leadership Summit | May 9, 2025 | Waterfront Insular Hotel, Lanang, Davao City

Empowered. Transformed. Recharged with purpose.

HB1 leaders—including Pharmacists, Managers, AVP, and selected associates from various departments came together for a powerful learning experience at the Leadership Summit, a transformative session facilitated by New Breakthrough Consultancy.

More than just a training, it was a call to awaken the leader within. Participants were challenged to unlearn limiting beliefs, relearn with purpose, and embrace true ownership not just of their roles, but of their mindset, growth, and mission.

The learning deepened with a Product Knowledge session led by Unilab, equipping them to serve with even greater clarity, confidence, and care. They left not only with enhanced leadership skills but also with a renewed sense of purpose as part of one HB1 family—leaders committed to making a meaningful impact.
