📌 By the authority and enduring legacy of the House of Tabunavi Dynasty (Ketuanan), we present the refined State Emblem of the Kesultanan Melayu Mindanao Darussalam Negara Filipina, whose roots trace back to the year 13.... from the lineage of Syarif Ali Maraja Bin Muhammad Syah Dan Tengku Puteri Paramisuli (Permaisuri) Binti Syarif Auliyah (Asmoro Qondi) bin Jumadil Kubro.

Let it be clearly understood:
The original emblem remains intact in its essence, its legitimacy, and its historical authority.

What has been undertaken is not alteration—but refinement, so that our symbol may continue to speak with clarity in changing times.

In the course of history, our House has been known for its restraint, its courtesy, and its willingness to extend grace even where it was not always returned. Such qualities are marks of nobility—but they must never leave the throne unguarded.

For this reason, two lions now stand in solemn vigilance beside the seal.

They do not roar, nor do they threaten.
They watch.

They signify that the House of Tabunavi remains steadfast—kind, yet no longer unguarded; patient, yet no longer unaware.

Their presence reflects a truth learned across generations: that sovereignty must be protected not only by heritage, but by vigilance.

The Maharaja TabunaviHouse hereby informs all partners, collaborators, allied families, institutions, and the general public that:

We do not find it necessary to respond to or be distracted by the actions of individuals who were merely granted titles and positions by the Royal Court and are now attempting to project authority over the very institution that conferred honor upon them.

Let it be made clear:
A title is a recognition of trust —
it is NOT a transfer of sovereign authority.

👑 ON THE AUTHORITY OF
HER HIGHNESS TENGKU SYARIFAH MAHARANEE PERMAISURI SRI KANDI AGONG
The authority held by Her Highness is:
✔ not limited to being a consort
✔ not ceremonial
✔ not symbolic

She holds FULL and LAWFUL AUTHORITY as:
the direct heir to our forefathers, a hereditary custodian of the Dynasty the central institutional head of the Royal House - the official signatory in government registration the traditional bearer of the lineage in accordance with the century old Jawi Manuscript and the Paluwaran-.

Her mandate is recognized in:
⚖️ the legal framework of the government
🕌 the traditional structure of the Kesultanan

Her mandate is not derived from marital association alone but from lawful dynastic succession and custodianship of the ancestral heritage, including the Jawi Manuscript and the Paluwaran.

This authority is whole, indivisible, and exclusive.

The Royal House is:

Therefore: Any attempt to: create a similar organization use the dynastic name of our forefathers without authority misrepresent leadership claim institutional power will compel the Kesultanan to take the appropriate LEGAL ACTION without hesitation.

The Royal House is the: sole and official dynastic institution duly registered entity with the Securities and Exchange Commission lawful holder of its registered name and trademark and operates under the full and exclusive authority of the Titular Head.

II. AUTHORITY OF HER HIGHNESS
Her Highness Tengku Syarifah Maharanee Permaisuri Sri Kandi Agong of Mindanao
exercises authority that is:
Hereditary in origin
Institutional in function
Legally recognized
Traditionally affirmed

III. LIMITATION OF TITLE HOLDERS
All titles previously conferred are:
honorary in nature non-sovereign
non-transferable in authority

They do not grant: governance power
institutional representation the right to establish parallel organizations

IV. PROHIBITED ACTS
Any individual or group found to be:
organizing entities using the dynastic name without authority claiming leadership of the Royal House misrepresenting institutional legitimacy shall be subject to:

By the counsel of the Council of Elders of the Ketuanan Kesultanan Melayu Mindanao Darussalam, in coordination with the Executive Officials of Pertubuhan Bangsa Melayu Inc., Pertubuhan Warisan Bangsa Melayu Inc., the House of Raja Sirungan Royal Descendants of Kedatuan Buayan, and the House of Datu sa B’san, Maguindanao, it is solemnly declared and advised to Her Highness Tuanku Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Sri Baguinda Tengku Syarifah Maharanee Permaisuri Sri Kandi Agong of Mindanao Darussalam Negara Filipina that:

All official transactions, correspondences, and engagements with dignitaries, representatives, or contacts from the Malay World, Nusantara, Middle East, or other national and international entities shall be conducted with strict confidentiality. No individuals, titles, or recognitions are to be disclosed publicly, including on social media platforms.

This measure safeguards the honor and trust of the Royal Household, ensuring that acts of generosity are preserved in dignity. While there may be those who react with ingratitude or malice, only Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala knows the truth of hearts and assigns accountability.

The Roots of Royalty & Nobility in Mindanao Darussalam Philippines

KESULTANAN MELAYU MINDANAO BUILD ON 1385 BY THE ROYAL COUPLE AL SHARIFUL ULAMA AL SHARIF MARAJA (CROWN PRINCE FROM MALAYA) & PUTRI SITTIE PARAMISULI (DAUGHTER OF ASMORO QONDI/SHARIF AULIYA/ KARIMUL MAKHDUM IN SULU).

In 1330 AD, the third missionary who preaches Islam in Mindanao was Maulana Ibrahim Shariff Auliya known as Asmoro Qondi in Nusantara and Karimul Makhdum in Sulu. Mindanao was called MAI before by some traders from Yunan China.

In this particular year, there was already a big Clan of Tabunavi from the Arab words (Tabiun Nabbi) who ruled Mai (Mindanao) from the Srivijayan Empire. This Empire founded in 650 AD. It was a Buddhist thalassocracy Indonesian empire based on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia which influenced much of Southeast Asia. The common languages they used were old Malay and Sanskrit.
