With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of our beloved Barangay Captain Val Bucao 😢

On behalf of the PWD Victoria Reyes Chapter, I extend our deepest condolences to the family. Kap Bucao's dedication, kindness, and willingness to listen made a lasting impact on our chapter and our barangay.

We are grateful for the leadership and the opportunities Kap Bucao gave our members to be heard, included, and empowered. Kap's service to the community will always be remembered and appreciated.

As we grieve this great loss, we also celebrate a life devoted to public service. May Kap's legacy continue to inspire us to work together for a stronger and more inclusive community.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

✔️ Kung hindi pa, maaaring magparehistro sa:
• Online: PhilHealth Member Portal (Apply for PIN)
• Personal: Sa alinmang PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO)

STEP 2: Magparehistro sa PhilHealth YAKAP

Kapag may PIN na, maaaring magparehistro sa YAKAP sa mga sumusunod:
• Online: eGovPH App o PhilHealth Member Portal
• Personal:
– Sa alinmang PhilHealth Office
– Sa napiling YAKAP Clinic (Accredited Primary Care Provider)

📌 Tandaan: Sa pagpaparehistro, pipili ka ng YAKAP Clinic na magsisilbing iyong primary care provider.

🩺 STEP 3: Paggamit ng Benepisyo

• Magpunta sa iyong YAKAP Clinic para sa unang konsultasyon at assessment
• Ang laboratoryo at diagnostic tests ay maaaring gawin sa YAKAP Clinic o sa kanilang partner facilities
• Ang mga gamot ay irereseta ng doktor gamit ang GAMOT App at maaaring kunin sa kahit saang accredited GAMOT Provider o botika
💊 Hanggang ₱20,000 halaga ng gamot kada taon

Our hearts are full as we look back on our successful Christmas Party held last December 13. 💖🎄
To all our members who attended, thank you for spending your time, sharing your smiles, laughter, and joy, and celebrating the true spirit of Christmas with us. Your presence made the event meaningful and unforgettable.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Brgy. Captain Val Bucao and our Brgy. Councilor for their continued support and for generously providing raffle prizes that brought excitement and happiness to everyone. Your support truly means so much to our community.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Ms. Romie Ann Macarilay for her unwavering support and for generously providing raffle prizes for our members. Your kindness and thoughtfulness truly made a difference.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Rosamal Endaya for her generous donation, which greatly helped in making this celebration possible. Your support is deeply appreciated by all.

A very special thank you to Zarla Mae Isidro and GL Isidro for their incredible generosity in donating a brand-new crutches, holiday basket, and cash prize for the raffle. This meaningful act of kindness touched our hearts and is sincerely appreciated by all our members and officers.

We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to P&G Philippines for their kind donation of Ariel detergent powder, which was a big help and truly appreciated by our members.
