The individuals included in the list have met the pre requisites (AGSC1, ANSC1, and CRSC1) and have successfully qualified based on the established criteria. All concerned are advised to review the list carefully for their names and relevant details.

ANNOUNCEMENT: GRADUATION CLEARANCE PROCESS ๐ŸŽ“

Good day, students!

Please be guided on the step-by-step process for the Graduation Clearance to ensure a smooth and organized transition toward graduation.

All required submissions must be completed on or before June 19, 2026. Kindly note that no extensions will be accommodated. Students are therefore expected to strictly follow the designated schedule and submission deadlines.

Clearance Process:

1. Download the form via the link provided: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1irX7WFAtxeNQSbdfJtl15NagJCs5q4TI/view?usp=sharing

2. Obtain the required signatures from signatories numbered 1-12, and make a photocopy before proceeding to the CAFENR College Registrar for signature.

3. Submit the original copy to the CAFENR College Registrar together with the photocopy, which will serve as your receiving copy.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important Reminder:

โ€ข For signatory no. 2, all tentative graduation candidates who have completed or are currently enrolled in Thesis and On The Job Traininf (OJT) must secure two (2) signatures: one from the Thesis adviser and one from the OJT Adviser.

โ€ข For signatory no. 13, kindly obtain the initial signature of the College Job Placement Coordinator first.
