Available Positions:
⛑️ Executive Board
* External Vice President: Builds partnerships, represents the organization in external activities, and strengthens connections with other organizations.
* Secretary General: Oversees documentation, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, and keeps organizational records organized.
* Assistant Secretary: Assists the Secretary General with administrative tasks, records, and official communications.
⛑️ Head for each committee
* Multimedia: Designs graphics, creates digital content, and manages the organization's visual branding.
* Documentation: Captures photos and videos during events and maintains organized records of activities.
* Membership: Welcomes new members, maintains membership records, and helps strengthen member engagement and participation.
⛑️Standing committees
* Visual Archives Unit: Captures, organizes, and preserves photos and videos from the organization's events and activities.
* Events Coordination Team: Plans, organizes, and oversees the smooth ex*****on of programs, meetings, and special events.
* Content Promotion Writers: Creates engaging captions, articles, announcements, and promotional content for the organization's platforms.
* Partnership and Affairs Committee: Builds relationships with partner organizations, coordinates external collaborations, and manages official communications.
* Design and Media Studio: Produces creative graphics, posters, videos, and other visual materials to support the organization's branding and campaigns.
* Membership and Recruitment: Leads recruitment efforts, welcomes new members, and promotes active participation and member engagement.
* Health Services – Promotes health and wellness by assisting in first aid, supporting medical-related activities, and helping ensure the safety and well-being of members during events.
