A Volunteer Community Coordinator from Caramoan, Camarines Sur, shares how one opportunity can inspire an entire community to dream bigger. What began as helping a young learner pursue technical training has grown into a fulfilling career that has connected more than 100 students from Caramoan to Dualtech Training Center, many of whom have since graduated.

Through her dedication, young people—including those from island communities—have gained access to technical education and opportunities to build a better future.

Ibinahagi ni James M. Besinga mula sa Bohol ang kanyang karanasan sa Dualtech at ang mga aral na natutunan niya sa panahon ng kanyang pagsasanay. Kasalukuyan siyang nagsasanay sa Tri Tooling Precision at naging scholar ng AY Foundation.

Bukod sa teknikal na kasanayan, natutunan din niya ang kahalagahan ng tamang pag-uugali at pagpapahalaga sa trabaho. Malaki rin ang naging tulong ng hands-on training dahil nabigyan siya ng pagkakataong maisagawa at maipakita ang mga kasanayang natutunan niya sa Dualtech.

Para kay James, isa sa pinakamahalagang bahagi ng kanyang pagsasanay ang aktuwal na exposure sa kumpanya. Dito siya nakakuha ng bagong kaalaman at iba't ibang karanasan na naging mahalagang bahagi ng kanyang paghahanda para sa mundo ng trabaho.

Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang pagsasanay, nagkaroon siya ng higit na kumpiyansa sa sarili at naging mas handa sa mga hamon ng kanyang magiging propesyon.

Dualtech Training Center is an accredited TESDA Assessment Center for Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC III, providing qualified individuals the opportunity to have their competencies assessed and earn a National Certificate (NC III).

EIM NC III covers the competencies required to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, lighting, and related electrical systems and equipment.

DUALTECH GRADUATE RANKS 9TH IN CERTIFIED PLANT MECHANIC LICENSURE EXAMINATION

Dualtech graduate Jameboy Amit Dordas ranked ninth in the latest Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Jameboy completed his training at Chemrez Technologies and is now working at D&L Premium Foods Corporation, both of which are industry partners of Dualtech Training Center. His achievement highlights the enterprise-based training and the support of industry partners in developing competent technical professionals.

All Dualtech graduates who took the licensure examination passed, achieving a 100% passing rate. Congratulations to Jameboy and all the Dualtech board passers!

Dualtech Training Center and the Caramoan North District have formalized the partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide learners with access to training, career development, and employment opportunities.

The partnership includes the endorsement of scholars, conduct of career talks, and other areas of collaboration, including linkages with local stakeholders. Through this partnership, Dualtech and Caramoan North District aim to equip learners with practical skills, certifications, and experiences to prepare them for future employment.
