To keep all our members informed and on the same page, the Executive Board is officially releasing 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘀. 𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, covering Unexcused Absences and Late Payment Penalties for Organizational Collections.

Here are the important details:

📍 𝗦𝗨𝗕-𝗢𝗥𝗚 𝗙𝗘𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
The deadline for the Membership Fee for the 1st Semester has been extended to 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. We encourage everyone to settle their outstanding obligations with the Finance Department on or before the new deadline to avoid penalties.

📍 ₱𝟯𝟬.𝟬𝟬 — 𝗨𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀
Unexcused absences from official organizational, departmental, and sub-organizations activities are subject to a ₱30.00 fine per event.

📍 ₱𝟮.𝟬𝟬/𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗮𝘆 — 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Late payments for approved organizational collections (the semestral Membership Fee) are subject to a ₱2.00 penalty per academic day, beginning after the prescribed deadline until the obligation is settled.

📍 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Members with valid and justifiable reasons may present their explanation for consideration, with supporting documents when necessary.

𝐉𝐏𝐌𝐀𝐏 𝐋𝐃𝐂𝐔 proudly took part in the 𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙖: 𝘼 𝙇𝙀𝙖𝙥! 𝙉𝙚𝙜𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙤 𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙥𝙖𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 workshop held on 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 12, 2026, 𝙖𝙩 𝙓𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 – 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙜, hosted by Ateneo Learning and Teaching Excellence Center in partnership with DTI Misamis Oriental.

More than just a workshop, KitaKita was an opportunity to learn, connect, and discover how young people can turn ideas into meaningful opportunities. From gaining new insights to building confidence in entrepreneurship, the experience reminded us that every great venture begins with a vision and the courage to take the first step.

As young leaders and future professionals, we are grateful for opportunities like this that inspire us to keep learning, creating, and making an impact beyond the classroom.
