IN PHOTOS: As the new administration sets its sights on taking Xavier Ateneo to greater heights, the Office of the President and the Department of Leadership and Formation of the XU-CSG recently conducted the Basic Orientation Leadership Training and Seminar β€œReach for the Sky v3” (BOLTS) 2025.

Held from August 24 to 26, 2025, this three-day leadership training and team-building event brought together student leaders from different CSG departments, offices and student councils of Xavier Ateneo to strengthen their skills and vision for service.

Participants engaged in a series of transformative sessions, including orientation, leadership inputs, project implementation discussions, audit protocol training, and the SACDEV protocols. Beyond the classroom, the Malasag Eco-Tourism Village provided the perfect setting for interactive team-building activities, capped with a memorable Socials Night and an Awarding Ceremony that celebrated the achievements of our emerging leaders.

Through BOLTS 2025, the CSG reaffirms its commitment to forming leaders who are proactive, values-driven, and ready to lead with Magis. πŸ’™

ICYMI | The Xavier University Central Student Government (XU-CSG) officially kicked off Academic Year 2025–2026 with the inaugural Presidential Cabinet Onboarding held via Zoom last June 16, 2025. The meeting gathered the incoming department secretaries and undersecretaries for their first official engagement under the Talaba-Moncay administration.

The session opened with an invocation and Executive Secretary Athasha Clare P. Namoc facilitated the onboarding segment, providing a comprehensive overview of the CSG organizational structure, departmental functions, and the general direction for the academic year.

Key reminders were issued concerning the turnover process, proper handling of financial documentation, and compliance with publication protocols. The cabinet was also briefed on the implementation of branding guidelines, the schedule of regular cabinet meetings, and preparations for upcoming activities, including the CSG BOLTS.

In her closing message, Vice President Bea Andrea Moncay expressed sincere appreciation to the officers for their presence and commitment. She encouraged everyone to serve with balance as they move forward in their respective roles.

The session marked a strong and united start to a year anchored on accountability and student-centered leadership within Xavier Ateneo.
