𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | Ms. Joyce Llagas, OYDC Member - Faith-Based Sector

The message highlighted how her leadership roots trace back to recognizing her impact among childhood peers, emphasizing how having someone believe in you and stand by your side empowers you to lead.

With insights grounded in real situations, the speaker addressed the heavy sacrifices of leadership, noting that sometimes "you have to do this even though I am bleeding while I'm leading." Encouraging resilience through vulnerability, they reminded participants not to be afraid of falling, because when you surrender everything, "there is always someone to carry you... and for me that's God."

Furthermore, acknowledging the realities of public perception, the speaker highlighted that "if you know that you have influence, you will use it mindfully, powerfully and usefully."
