📝 SCREENING PROCESS
All Grade 7 applicants must undergo the following before official enrollment:
✅ Admission Test
✅ Talent Test / Audition
✅ Interview

📋 EVALUATION SHEETS
To ensure an organized, fair, and transparent screening process, every auditionee shall be provided with an official SPA Evaluation Sheet corresponding to their chosen art discipline upon proceeding to the audition and interview proper.
The Evaluation Sheet shall serve as the official assessment form to be used by the evaluators during the applicant’s talent test, audition, and interview process. Each Evaluation Sheet shall contain the applicant’s basic information together with an attached photo of the auditionee for proper identification and documentation.
Applicants auditioning in multiple disciplines shall receive separate Evaluation Sheets for each chosen area.

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Original copy of SF9 or School Report Card (must obtain at least 85% General Weighted Average)
• Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID pictures (white background)
• One (1) long-sized white folder

👕 White T-shirt and denim pants (for general applicants)
🎽 Dance/Theater applicants: PE or dance attire (e.g., leotards, tights, T-shirt and jogging pants)

🎭 AREA-SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
🎶 MUSIC
• Prepare one (1) vocal piece (any genre)
• Bring your own instrument and prepared piece (if unavailable, one may be provided)
💃 DANCE
• Present a solo or group performance piece
• Any genre is accepted (hip-hop, folk, ballet, contemporary, etc.)
🎭 THEATER ARTS
• Prepare a monologue or performance piece
• Props and costumes are allowed
🎨 VISUAL ARTS
• Bring your own art materials or portfolio of artworks
📷 MEDIA ARTS
• Bring a smartphone (with good camera), DSLR, or laptop for photography/videography/editing
• Equipment may be provided if necessary
✍️ CREATIVE WRITING
• Bring samples of literary works such as poems/tula/siday, short stories, essays, journal entries, or articles

Submit the application requirements and take the Admission Test during the scheduled dates.
STEP 2
Proceed to the Interview and Talent Test/Audition in your chosen art discipline.

Wait for the posting of the Official List of Qualified Applicants for S.Y. 2026–2027 via the official school page or school bulletin boards near the Administrative Building.
