We are extremely proud and grateful to announce that PYAP Roxas Chapter has officially been recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Outstanding PYAP Barangays in Basey, Samar! Receiving this award is a very special moment for all of us. This plaque is not just a piece of glass or plastic to put on display—it is a true symbol of our unity, our endless dedication, and our strong love for serving the community. It represents every single project we planned, every challenge we overcame, and every effort we made to uplift the youth in our barangay.

This major milestone would never have been possible without the amazing leaders and mentors who believed in us from day one. First and foremost, we express our deepest gratitude to our Municipal Mayor, Mayor Luz Chu-Ponferrada, for her continuous support and care for the youth of Basey. We also want to thank the entire PYAP Basey Municipal Federation and its officers, led by President Engr. Lara Mae Duquilla Sumayod, for leading the way and inspiring us to reach greater heights.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to our Brgy. Roxas Captain, Imelda Dugos, for her active support and for always opening doors for youth activities in our community. To our SK Chairman, Eric Cabullo, thank you for your constant guidance throughout our whole journey of building and growing the PYAP Roxas Chapter.

A special recognition goes to Ray Labanan, whose creative ideas, strong leadership, and active participation brought our chapter to the next level. His hard work not only helped our local community but also made an impact at the municipal and regional levels, truly paving the way for us to receive this grand honor.

Finally, to our dedicated PYAP Roxas officers and members, you are the true heart and soul of this organization. All those tiring days, late nights, and long hours of hard work have officially paid off. This plaque belongs to each and every one of you who gave their time and effort to make our vision a reality. This victory is not just for one person—it is a proud achievement for the entire PYAP Roxas Chapter. Padayon, youth leaders!

𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗧𝗔𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡: 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮-𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴
