‎7th Training Day | BatStateU–Balayan ROTC Unit
‎
‎The Seventh (7th) Training Day of the BatStateU–Balayan ROTC Unit was successfully conducted on 11 October 2026 at Balayan Government Center (BGC) Salakot Building, under the supervision of LTC GERARDO M CREAG PA (Res), ROTC Commandant, together with one (1) Tactical NCO, TSg Marcelino M Bandelaria PA (Res), along with the Corps and Staff and other Cadet Officers who served as facilitators.

‎Before proceeding to the classroom instruction, the Cadet Officers, together with the cadets and cadettes, actively participated in the Battalion Ceremonial Parade (BCP) , promoting awareness, teamwork, discipline, and a sense of responsibility within the community. The seventh Training Day further strengthened the cadets’ discipline, military knowledge, physical preparedness, and leadership development, preparing them to become responsible and capable future leaders in service to the nation.

On 110610H October 2026, the BatStateU-Balayan ROTC Unit conducted their Sixth (7th) Training Day supervised by LTC GERARDO M CREAG PA (Res), ROTC Commandant together with one (1) Tactical NCO TSg Marcelino M Bandelaria PA (Res). The Corps and Staff and other Cadet Officers were also tasked with serving as facilitators.

At 0620H C/MAJ ALEXANDER T DIMAALA 1CL at Balayan Government Center (BGC), Salakot Building assembled all basic cadets and cadettes in formation, first was the flag ceremony then accounting takes place. During the field training, the cadets and cadettes began mastering the proper handling and ex*****on of drills using their wooden ri**es. The activity aimed to develop their discipline, coordination, and proficiency in r***e movements. It culminated in a Battalion Ceremonial Parade, after which they proceeded to their respective classroom instruction.

At 0900H TSg Marcelino M Bandelaria PA (Res) led the discussion about Basic Military Intelligence it introduced the cadets and cadettes to the fundamental concepts, principles, and importance of gathering, analyzing, and handling military information. It aimed to develop their awareness of intelligence in military operations, emphasizing the importance of observation, critical thinking, confidentiality, and situational awareness in supporting effective decision-making and mission accomplishment.

The activity was attended by one-hundred one (101) Basic ROTC Cadets, Cadet Officers, and Reserve Army Personnel, with one (1) incident with support from MDRRMO and ended on the same day at 1000H.
