FitFam, Fit Future ๐ช๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
As part of the Community Extension Services of University of Perpetual Help Molino Campus, this outreach initiative reflects continued commitment to promoting health, wellness, and active lifestyles within the community. The program was conducted last January 30, 2026, and emphasizes the importance of family participation in fitness and well-being, fostering stronger bonds while encouraging positive and sustainable health habits.
The LINGAP: Fit Fam, Fit Future with the theme of "Towards Strengthening the Helpers of God: Mindset, Spirituality and Charisma" was conducted through meaningful engagement, shared activities, and community collaboration, Fit Fam, Fit Future aims to empower families with knowledge and motivation to prioritize physical health as a foundation for a better quality of life.
The program was opened by Ms. Mhel Rose A. Sadiwa (CES Coordnator - SHS Dept.), and facilitated by Mr. Ariel L. Borja, Ms. Rosalyn A. Colorje, and Ms. Jenelyn Eulatriz from the PEH & AD Department Faculty. The cooking demonstration was conducted by Ms. Nicole G. Pimentel assisted by Mr. Christian E. Locre, along with the senior high school students.
