GEMS HEART Outreach Dev’t., Inc., in strong partnership with ChildFund Philippines, Canva PH, EXL, and the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Pasay City, successfully conducted a Three-Day Capacity Building on Empowering Educators: Canva Creativity, AI Tools, and Dashboard Visualization last May 6, 8, and 9, 2026.

A total of 71 ICT Teachers from Pasay City underwent an intensive, output-based training program designed to bridge the gap between technical data management and creative instructional design. Over three productive days, these tech-forward educators mastered interactive Excel dashboards, explored Power BI data entry, and harnessed Canva’s time-saving AI tools to streamline lesson preparation and administrative tasks.

To ensure the sustainability of this initiative, the participants finalized concrete Training Rollout Action Plans, triggering a powerful "multiplier effect" that will cascade these digital skills to fellow faculty members across the entire division. 🚀

April 22, 2026 – GEMS HEART, in partnership with TFCF Philippines 菲律賓家扶中心, conducted a Child Development Session in Barangay 849. The objective of the session was to raise awareness among children about the dangers of the online world, particularly on Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC).

During the session, participants actively engaged in discussions and activities related to the topic. GEMS HEART, together with TFCF, remains committed to promoting awareness and safeguarding children in the community.

April 16, 2026 – GEMS HEART and TFCF Philippines 菲律賓家扶中心 Get Up Project in Batangas successfully conducted a Capacity Building and DRRM Simulation Session, integrating Climate Change Adaptation and an Evacuation Drill to strengthen community preparedness.

GEMS HEART remains committed to empowering communities through proactive disaster readiness and resilience-building initiatives.

GEMS HEART, in partnership with TFCF Philippines 菲律賓家扶中心, successfully distributed rice to 600 sponsored children across Manila, Pasay, and Hugo Perez, Cavite last April 4 and 6.

‎𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | In celebration of Women’s Month, GEMS HEART Outreach Dev't. Inc., in collaboration with Pasay City Science National High School (PCSNHS), conducted the project “Caring for Our Mind and Well-being" on March 13, 2026. The session engaged 30 female senior high school students and featured insightful discussions led by speakers from CFSI, focusing on mental health awareness and overall well-being.

‎On March 18, 2026, selected students from Pasay City Science National High School and Pasay City West High School also participated in the Career Guidance and Mentoring Activity of the GEMS HEART Outreach Program titled “EXL – Inspiring Futures: Empowering Young Women in Innovation and Leadership.”

March 11–12, 2026 | School Heads and Representatives participated in the Capacity Building on the Safe School Program: Safeguarding Learners through OSAEC and CSAEM Laws, Strengthening Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and Launching the Safe NCR School Guidelines. The program was led by SDO Pasay in partnership with GEMS HEART, ChildFund Philippines, and EXL.

Robel, the First Quarter RPEC Meeting convened Regional Line Agencies (RLAs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and private partners to strengthen collaboration in advancing the Regional Population and Development Plan of Action (RPD-POA). Partner agencies also shared updates and announcements to support ongoing initiatives across the region.
