Last 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 24, 2026, the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 had the opportunity to introduce our organization during the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

It was a pleasure to meet our freshmen and share what our organization is all about. During the orientation, we introduced the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, the opportunities we offer, and the many benefits of becoming a member—from professional development and leadership opportunities to technical seminars, competitions, and networking with industry professionals.

More than promoting our organization, the event served as an invitation for first-year students to become part of a community that values learning, collaboration, and excellence in concrete engineering. We hope that our presentation inspired them to take their first step toward personal growth, leadership, and active involvement in the engineering profession.

To all the freshmen who joined us, thank you for your enthusiasm and interest. We look forward to welcoming you into our Konkretong Pamilya and growing together as future builders.

Last 𝙈𝙖𝙮 15, 2026, the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 had the privilege of participating in the 𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 2026, held at the 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙣 – 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜.

The seminar featured distinguished speakers from the 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚—𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙎𝙯𝙤𝙠𝙚, 𝙋𝙀, 𝙁𝘼𝘾𝙄, 𝙁𝘼𝙎𝘾𝙀, 𝙁𝙎𝙀𝙄, 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝘾𝙄, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙕𝙝𝙪 𝙇𝙞𝙪, 𝙋𝙀, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙞𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣—who shared valuable insights and global perspectives on concrete engineering and the construction industry.

Beyond gaining knowledge from industry leaders, our chapter was honored to present the accomplishments and initiatives of the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿. It was a proud opportunity to showcase the programs, activities, and milestones that reflect our commitment to leadership, academic excellence, and service to the engineering community.

Being part of this gathering allowed us to connect with fellow 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, exchange ideas, and represent our institution with pride. It also inspired us to continue creating meaningful programs that empower future engineers and strengthen our role within the ACI community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to 𝘼𝘾𝙄 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 for organizing this enriching seminar and for providing student chapters with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and share our achievements.

A proud milestone for the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 as our Student Chapter President was recognized during the 𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 held on 𝙈𝙖𝙮 14, 2026, at the 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

As part of the 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, our 𝗠𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗯𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗼 was bestowed with the 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩'𝙨 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙—one of only 𝙛𝙞𝙫𝙚 (5) 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 selected from all 𝗔𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 across the country.

This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication, passion, and commitment to advancing student leadership and promoting excellence in the field of concrete engineering. More importantly, it reflects the collective efforts of our officers, members, advisers, and everyone who has continuously supported our organization.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝘼𝘾𝙄 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 for this meaningful recognition and for continuously empowering student leaders to grow, serve, and make a difference within the engineering community.

One of the most exciting highlights of the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026 was the 𝘼𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙚—a day filled with teamwork, determination and unforgettable memories.

More than just a race, this activity challenged every team to communicate, collaborate, and trust one another while completing different stations. Every obstacle tested not only our physical and mental abilities but also our leadership, resilience and the value of working together. Through every challenge, we proved that great things happen when we move forward as one 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙠𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖.

Beyond the fun and excitement, the 𝘼𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙚 reminded us that the strongest foundations are built through unity, friendship and shared experiences. lt was a celebration of teamwork that strengthened our bonds and created memories that we will always cherish.

This successful event would not have been possible without the generous support of the people who believed in us. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. Knowledge became the foundation of success as participants took on the 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙯 𝘽𝙚𝙚, one of the highlights of the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026.

The competition challenged students to test their understanding of concrete engineering through questions covering concrete materials, mix proportions, estimation, standard specifications, structural concepts, and other industry-related topics. It was a true test of critical thinking, technical knowledge, and the lessons we have gained both inside and outside the classroom.

Each round was filled with excitement, focus, and friendly competition as participants gave their best to represent their knowledge and skills. While some questions were challenging, every contestant showed determination, confidence, and a willingness to learn—proving that preparation and perseverance are the keys to success.

Learning and fun came together during 𝘽𝙞𝘾𝙤𝙣, one of the exciting activities of the 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026

Putting a creative spin on the classic game of Bingo, participants identified well-known concrete buildings and engineering structures from the Philippines and around the world instead of matching numbers. And when they completed a pattern, they proudly shouted 𝘽𝙞𝘾𝙤𝙣!—a symbol of knowledge, innovation, and excellence in concrete engineering.

More than just a game, 𝘽𝙞𝘾𝙤𝙣 encouraged us to expand our knowledge of iconic engineering structures, appreciate the achievements behind them, and learn through friendly competition. It was an enjoyable experience that brought together students through teamwork, laughter, and shared learning.

As we look back on this memorable activity, we're reminded that learning doesn't always happen inside the classroom—it can also be found in moments of collaboration, curiosity, and healthy competition.

Every great journey starts with a strong foundation, and that's exactly how 𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗣-𝗔𝗶𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026 began!

Held last March 23–26, 2026, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 officially kicked off our Chapter Week with this year's theme, "𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮: 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙠𝙗𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙠𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙮𝙖." It was an inspiring start that set the tone for four days of learning, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to 𝗠𝘀. 𝗡𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻, former President of the ACIP-AiTECH Student Chapter, for sharing her knowledge, experiences, and words of encouragement.
