Sometimes, disappearing for a while is not about escaping people — it’s about finding the version of yourself that slowly gets lost in noise, pressure, and heavy energies. Some places heal you quietly, and some distances protect your peace.

Thankful to the people who became part of my break — Dr. Randy Ame, Sir Danilo Morales, Master Jim Floria, and Dr. Alfredo Palittao together with his family for being so accommodating and generous to us.

And to all the parents who continuously support their sons and daughters during the training, thank you for your endless love and support. I may not know all of you deeply, but I truly appreciate the warm welcome you gave me. 💗🥹
