CDA PNG Inc. Welcomes External Evaluators from Bread for the World

Community Development Agency (CDA) PNG Inc. warmly welcomes the External Evaluation Team commissioned by Bread for the World to assess the impact of our projects.

We sincerely thank Bread for the World for its continued support and partnership in strengthening communities and improving livelihoods across Papua New Guinea. We also acknowledge the External Evaluation Team: Steven William Gari, Team Leader; Christina Samoka Tony of Bismarck Ramu Group; and Wina Kayonga of Bismarck Ramu Group.

We further recognize the dedication of our Community Project Officers and staff, whose commitment throughout 2022 and 2023 has supported the successful implementation of our programs.

Condolence Message

It is with deep sadness that the Community Development College Program at Boromil Campus 2 mourns the passing of our beloved student, Late Manuel Peter of Boromil.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his parents, family members, relatives, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. Manuel was a valued member of our college community, and his passing is a great loss to us all.

As we share in your grief, we pray that God grants strength, comfort, and peace to the bereaved family. May the cherished memories of Manuel remain a source of comfort, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of sorrow.

Delivered a Culture Revival Awareness session at Sipagul Community, Digine LLG, Gumine District.

The awareness was presented by Mr. Tom Kaupa , who encouraged communities to preserve traditional values, respect elders, and pass cultural knowledge to younger generations to strengthen unity and peaceful living.

CDA continues to support communities through culture revival and awareness programs across Papua New Guinea.

Funded by the (BCF), a Climate Change and Culture Revival awareness program was successfully delivered to educate communities on protecting the environment while preserving traditional knowledge and cultural practices.

The session focused on helping community members understand the impacts of climate change, the importance of environmental stewardship, and the value of reviving cultural practices that promote sustainable living. Participants engaged in discussions, shared local knowledge, and explored practical ways to strengthen resilience for future generations.
