๐พ Meet Troy, the big-hearted boy with an even bigger future!

Troy is a happy, affectionate boy who loves nothing more than hanging out, chilling and being around his people ๐ฅฐ
He is still building his confidence in new situations and can occasionally be startled by unexpected noises or unfamiliar experiences.
He has been doing brilliantly with socialisation and has experienced parks, children, bikes, scooters, skateboards, busy environments and lots of new people. He loves saying hello but is learning to disengage and refocus on his handler.
He has done well around other dogs, showing that he can calmly move on rather than becoming overly excited and with continued positive experiences, his confidence is growing every day.
Troy is an absolute star in his crate and sleeps through the night. He is also fantastic in the car, sleeping through most journeys and making a great road-trip companion! ๐๐ He has handled baths well, been impressively calm with the blow dryer and is comfortable around the vacuum.
He is fabulous with cats. If a cat runs, he may chase briefly, but quickly loses interest and, if he catches up, simply has a sniff before moving on. ๐ฑ
His toilet training is still a work in progress as he can become distracted outside and is learning to recognise where the toilet is when upstairs. He is also still working on his loose-leash walking as his confidence develops.
Troy loves his chews but will destroy and swallow pieces of soft toys, so easily destructible toys need supervision. He is an alert boy who may give a brief bark when something seems unusual, but quickly settles and returns to his friendly, happy self.
Troy is expected to grow into a very large dog, so his family will need to be prepared for his size and committed to continuing his training and confidence-building.
