For the medal lovers out there, there's medals for the 10km, half marathon and marathon distances.

If you would love an ‘on the day’ entry please bring cash. There are no medals for ‘on the day’ entries but we are making a great donation to Achilles Manawatū.

REGISTRATION:
Pop along and pick up your race bib!
Registration opens at 8am - Sunday morning
YMCA - Park Road, Palmerston North

START / FINISH LINE:
You will find the Start / Finish on Ongley Park (where we are based Super Sevens).

RACE TIMES:
9:00am: 15km run or walk
9:30am: 10km run or walk
9:40am 5km run or walk

PARKING:
The best parking is on Park Road, near Girls High, at the Hockey Turf or in surrounding streets

FOOD TRUCKS:
A selection of the best local food trucks to purchase from will be onsite:

🥤 Refreshing Milkshakes - Daisy's Milk Shack
🍦 The best Duck Island Ice Cream - Scooptruck
🍩 Yummy Donuts - DONUT EXPRESS

💚 SOLD OUT... well, sort of! ☀️

We’ve officially run out of medals for ‘Stride into Spring’. Thank you again for the incredible support!

But we’ve been thinking...

Why stop people from joining us just because we’ve run out of medals?

While online entries are now closed, we’d still love to see more people come along on Sunday for a 5km, 10km or 15km run or walk.

There won’t be a medal for these additional entries, but we’ll donate $5 per entry to ‘a great cause’ instead.
Achilles Manawatu will receive this donation and we know they will be so grateful.

ON THE DAY ENTRIES:
Come along and register on Sunday morning.

Come along, get active, enjoy our local trails and help us turn a “sold out” event into something even more positive.
