With a mismatch of old and new concrete creating a slippery surface, the club has refreshed this area to make it look better but more importantly safer for wet feet to walk across.

The end result looks fantastic! 👌

A big thank you to Mitch from Nanocrete Coatings for his quick, well-priced work and for helping us get another job ticked off the list.

One more thing sorted as the club gets ready for another fantastic summer down at Ōpunake Beach! 💚💛

🏊‍♂️ New Trainee Lifeguards – OSLSC 💚💛

On Sunday, Melah Sinclair took our newest trainee lifeguards through their bookwork in preparation for the upcoming summer season.

It’s awesome to see these young people taking the next step from our Junior Club into the Senior Club and putting their hands up to train for valuable volunteer responsibilities within our club.

We’re proud to see the next generation stepping forward and continuing the strong 100+ years tradition of volunteer lifeguarding at OSLSC.
