School Holiday Catch-Up Ladiieeessss 😍😍
YAYYYYYY 🥳🥳

School holidays can be great, but they can also feel a little long sometimes! 😅 So come and get the kids out of the house and join us for a morning together at Tahuna.

It’s always good to get together, have a coffee, let the kids play and just enjoy some company. ❤️

There’s plenty for the kids to do — a playground, bikes to hire and mini golf ($6) if they want to have a go. Bring along a lunch for the kids and let’s just hang out, have a chat and enjoy the morning together.

It’s so important to have people around you, especially during the holidays. Hopefully you can head home feeling a little more refreshed, encouraged and ready for the rest of the school holidays. 🫶

We had such a powerful, honest and impactful time today.

There is so much power in bringing youre real & i love that in legacy we come as we are. No masks, we dont have to have it all figured out & we dont have to try & be someone we are not.

Its a safe space thats judgement free and where we can be open, honest & authentic.

These ladies are so real & so honest and because of this they are healing week busy week.

Im just so incredibly proud of these ladies, they are so strong , resilient and they have all the most beautiful hearts for change.

Love yous all & so excited to see what God does in & throughout youre lifes. Youre best is yet to come my beautiful sisters 🤍✨️

Never underestimate what a simple conversation can do for a sister who’s carrying a load.

Sometimes she doesn’t need you to fix it.
She doesn’t need all the answers.
She just needs someone to listen, someone to care, and a safe place to offload what she’s been carrying.

One conversation can bring relief.
One conversation can bring hope.
One conversation can remind her that she doesn’t have to carry it alone. ❤️

Such an awesome morning with the ladies today, talking about some of those topics most people don’t want to talk about, hear about or deal with 😂❤️‍🔥

But that’s where the deep healing happens.

When we start unpacking and offloading the past the hurts, the pain, the damage and the things we’ve carried for far too long we start making room for something new.

A fuller life. A freer life. A healed life. ❤️‍🔥

That’s Legacy. It’s not about having it all together it’s about being committed to YOU. 💯

Today we had an awesome time unpacking the topic of unforgivness.

We took time to understand, what it means, what it looks like , how it can affect us and our familys if we dont deal to it.

We shared how we deal to this and what it looks like for us to deal with it so it has no power over our lives.

Im so incredibly proud of these ladies for who they are.

They have such beautiful hearts & its great seeing them get more & more freedom & healing in their lives every week.

Also it was great hearing about the transformation that is taking place in thier lives today.

One thing i have seen & experienced- is you wont ever leave legacy the same way you came in - you always walk out feeling empowered & encouraged.

Today we kicked off a brand new rotation.
We talked about all the things we want to get out of Legacy this rotation and how far we've come.
We also talked about dysfunctions and identifying any dysfunctions that we still have and how important it is too heal ourselves so we can pave the way for our kids to have the best possible future.
So proud of all these ladies for showing up and for their open hearted honesty.

A hard topic for sure. We talked about how heaviness triggers other disfunctions like anxiety, depression, sorrow, grief, mental illness, hopelessness and su***de.
How its affected us and our whanau and what we can do, to overcome it.
We discussed how the opposite of heaviness is: HOPE, GRATITUDE AND PRAISE
Just by sharing one positive in our day & picking 1 scripture of hope at the end of our session, helped lift that heaviness. Beautiful ❤️
