Very grateful to Tūranga Health for sponsoring our upcoming Nourishing the Mind workshop in Gisborne on Friday 19 June, including my flights and accommodation.

It’s a great privilege to collaborate again with Jacopo Orazi from Radice soil solution — bringing together perspectives from psychiatry, nutritional health, soil agroecology and regenerative food systems in a truly interdisciplinary conversation about hauora.

This workshop is part of professional development training for healthcare teams, endorsed by RNZCGP with GPs eligible for 13 CME credits, while also being open to the wider community interested in the connections between soil health, food quality, gut health and mental wellbeing.

Looking forward to a rich day of kōrero, learning, reflection and a live soil microscopy demonstration. Morning tea and lunch provided 🌿

Got the VIP treatment hanging with our cool cat fams Tauawhi Mens Centre this past Friday!
Our very own alleyway concert 🎶 warmth and fairy lights, amazing talent and the absolute best companions.
Kai was next level, everything made with love…kids laughter and joy ringing out.
A moment when it all was so truly beautiful that “Thank You” just doesn’t quite feel like it covers it 💖
