Player led Swimming on Sunday & Monday. As the majority of our coaches are away as university has ended for the year, Matt will write up swim sets for the players, and they can run through it themselves.

When an age group has * 2027 next to the name, it means that players that will be competing in that specific age group next year should attend those trainings. (i.e. U16 2027, players born 2011 & 2012)

⚠️ As part of our updated registration process, players have automatically been rolled over into the next training quarter. If you or your player will not be participating in Quarter 4, please notify us at [email protected] (there is no need to resend your email if you have already advised us).

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back in the pool on Sunday! 💙🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️
