Mashti One-Day Festival - Inspired by the mystery and beauty of the forest.

Escape the city for a day and step into a world of music, creativity, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable moments.

Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll find a welcoming community where curiosity, connection, and celebration come naturally.

Nestled within the historic grounds of Bånkall Gård, this intimate gathering invites you to explore inspiring talks, workshops, live performances, art, shared meals, guided nature walks, hidden experiences, and music from morning until sunrise.

Rooted in nature and human connection, we invite you to slow down, breathe, create, and reconnect, with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

As the sun sets, the festival transforms with an Autumn Equinox ritual led by ritualist and artist Hanna Oceans joining us from Sweden, some of Oslo’s finest DJs, dancing, and magical moments hidden throughout the forest.

The festival takes place on a beautiful farm in Oslo, approximately 30 minutes from Oslo Bus Terminal by direct bus, followed by a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. Buses continue running every 40–60 minutes during the late evening.

Tickets available:
✦ Full Festival Pass (recommended)
✦ Day Pass

Children are welcome to join our daytime program, with a dedicated children’s space available throughout the day.

✨ ILUMINAR WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

🍄 Psychedelic Integration
Hosted by Mashti Community

Psychedelic experiences can offer profound insights, deep healing, and meaningful shifts in perspective. Yet without conscious integration, even the most powerful experiences can gradually fade into memory.

This workshop is an invitation to revisit and integrate your previous psychedelic experiences in a safe, grounded, and supportive group setting. Together we will explore how to translate insights into meaningful changes in everyday life.

We will begin by connecting as a group and sharing our intentions before moving into guided individual exploration. Through a combination of somatic practices, creative expression, reflective exercises, and gentle group sharing, you will be supported in processing your own experiences and discovering the wisdom they hold.

This workshop is for those who have had psychedelic experiences they wish to integrate—it is not a space for exploring new psychedelic experiences.

Both beautiful and challenging experiences are welcome. While we invite honest sharing, we also remember that this is a shared community space rather than a clinical setting. This workshop offers support for integration and reflection, not crisis intervention or trauma therapy. We ask everyone to share with care and awareness so that the space remains respectful, safe, and supportive for all.

At Mashti, we often gather around workshops, meals, music, conversations, and shared experiences. Yet every person who walks through our doors carries a story waiting to be heard.

With this storytelling series, we invite members of our community to share moments and experiences that have shaped who they are. Stories of joy, loss, love, change, courage, belonging, and becoming.

Our intention is not to teach, convince, or inspire, but simply to listen, connect, and create space for the richness and complexity of human experience.

If you have a story you'd like us to share, we'd love to hear from you. Send us a DM. Stories can be published with your name or anonymously.

As Pride Month is upon us, we're inviting you to join us for an evening exploring the intersections of q***rness, ethical non-monogamy, and intentional relationships.

Many of us grow up with assumptions about what relationships should look like: who we should love, how many people we should love, what commitment means, and which forms of intimacy are valued most. Both q***r communities and ENM communities have often challenged these norms, creating space for new ways of relating, connecting, and building chosen families.

Together we'll explore topics such as relationship norms, chosen family, autonomy, jealousy, communication, desire, community care, and the many ways people build meaningful connections outside traditional scripts.

We will also ask:

- If q***rness invites us to rethink who we can love, does ENM invite us to rethink how we love?
- Why do q***r and ENM communities so often find themselves in conversation with one another?
- Do they share a deeper challenge to relationship norms, or simply a history of overlapping communities?
- And when we begin questioning one social script, does it become easier to question others?
- Rather than debating what relationships should look like, we'll create space to explore the diversity of ways people love, connect, and support one another.

Whether you're q***r, ENM, both, neither, or simply curious, you're welcome to join the conversation.

Hosts

Zoran and Margherita share a deep interest in alternative relationship styles and polyamory. Through Mashti, they have cultivated spaces for open, honest conversations about both the beauty and the challenges of non-monogamy. Together, they are committed to creating warm, grounded spaces where vulnerability, curiosity, and meaningful dialogue can unfold.

Double D (Dina) is a sek.sual health nurse with a warm heart for the subcultures. Xen has been active in rave culture and se.ks-positive spaces for many years, as well as worked in different healthcare departments concerning drug abuse, prison, se.ks work, and domestic abuse.

Double D is inspired by silly W***y humor and finds that showing up as who you feel like today is gold! This workshop is for anyone who wants to spend a moment with themselves, being there, practicing, and fine-tuning how to show up for oneself. ✨

Join us as we gather, celebrate, and parade together 🩷

At Mashti, we believe in creating spaces where people can show up as they are, connect across differences, and celebrate the many ways of being human. Pride is a beautiful reminder of the importance of authenticity, freedom, diversity, and community, values that are at the heart of what we do.

We'll begin the day with breakfast and community from 10:00 in our courtyard (weather permitting). If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll gather indoors instead. Spaces for breakfast are limited, so please sign up in advance to secure your spot.

If you miss breakfast, you're still warmly welcome to join us later. Find us at the parade and come dance, celebrate, and share in the joy, freedom, and love that Pride represents. We'll be bringing music, DJs, and plenty of Mashti energy throughout the day.

SoloLand returns on June 25th for its third edition🌈

As it's Pride Month, a time for celebrating diversity, authenticity, and the courage to be ourselves, this edition of SoloLand is dedicated to celebrating the beauty of being solo. Come on your own, step outside your usual circles, and discover what becomes possible when you open yourself to new conversations and genuine connections.

Whether you leave with new friends, new perspectives, or simply a deeper appreciation for your own company, we hope you'll join us in celebrating the freedom and confidence of standing proudly on your own. 💜

The invitation:
We want to create a space where you can be your full, authentic self, while also respecting the people around you and their boundaries. We begin the evening by sharing a warm, vegan meal and mingling, then gather to create some group agreements on how we can create a more attuned and respectful space together. After the consent talk, two workshops will take place at the same time, giving you the opportunity to connect through movement and embodied exercises. Once the workshops are finished, we dive into the music and connect through dance. From there, you can choose where you want to be.

The Program:
🍜 16:30 – Arrival, Meal & Mingle
🤝 18:00 – Consent & Community Agreements
🫂 19:00 – Cuddle & Connect with Thomas
💝 19:00 – The Pleasure of Being Me with Dina
🪩 20:30 – Music & Dance with Cupcakes
🌙 22:30 – Grounding & Closing
🌟 23:00 – Goodbye

You need to choose one of the following workshops in advance:

🫂 Thomas grounds the space in consent, care, and clear boundaries. From there, we open into the cuddle puddle, a soft, optional space for rest, touch, or simply being close in your own way.

💝Dina guides you into a sacred space of being self indulgent in yourself. Through meditation, gentle movement, self-hugging, and presence, you'll explore the relationship you have with yourself and celebrate the simple pleasure of being exactly who you are.

🪩 After the workshops, Cupcakes takes over with immersive downtempo-to-house sets, creating an emotional, connective dance floor.

NEW DATE: 18.06
For some, alcohol is used as liquid courage, and can allow them to finally do that thing they have been nervous to try. For others it can confuse and distort information, and may affect their understanding of what's happening. So how valid is intoxicated consent really?

This group discussion will revolve around the topic of giving consent when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Whether you are able to give "true" consent, and whether there should be a hard rule, or take it on a case by case basis.

Many se.ks-positive and k1nk spaces in Oslo allow alcohol consumption, and so we will ask the difficult question of how much is "too much" when it comes to intoxication, and how that can impact a person's ability to consent.

This event will be a group discussion format aimed at creating an open and honest space to share stories and opinions. We are not looking to label things "right" or "wrong", but instead create a broader understanding of the topic and hear some of the many approaches to managing consent when under the influence.

- This event will not contain medical advice regarding drugs and alcohol, but instead focus on the ethics surrounding consent and intoxication -

The discussion will be hosted by Imogen who will guide the talk using her experience as a regular in se.ks-positive and k1nk spaces as well as her training in consent as an intimacy coordinator. Open to all who are curious about the topic!

Host

Imogen originally comes from the UK, but has spent the majority of her adult life living and loving in Oslo. She is a trained intimacy coordinator for film and TV, working with consent, safety and intimate choreography for screen. Fascinated with all things relational, she uses a large part of her time reading up on se.ks, relationships and human connection.
She is non-monogamous, q***r, se.ks-positive and k1nky, and uses all of these identities to inform her work, allowing for a multifaceted approach to intimacy.
Through Mashti Community events she hopes to help people explore these different forms of intimacy and push the boundaries of what it means to be "normal" in a world full of differences.

Save the date ✨
We’re excited to share that Mashti’s first one-day festival is happening on 19 September in a beautiful location in Oslo 🌿

We will gather for workshops, talks, food, movement, music, rituals, unexpected encounters, and moments that cannot be planned.

From daylight to dusk, and into the evening, we are creating a space where nature, creativity, and human connection can unfold.

More details will follow. For now, mark the date and keep your curiosity alive

We live in a time where many of us say we want honesty, freedom and belonging, but the moment things get uncomfortable, we often disappear, defend, attack, cancel, ghost, perform or retreat into spaces where everyone already agrees with us.

This talk explores what is happening underneath polarization, cancellation, ghosting, echo chambers and societal division, not only as political or cultural phenomena, but as deeply human nervous system responses.

Together we will explore:
- What happens when being wrong feels unsafe?
- When disagreement feels like rejection?
- When conflict feels like danger?
- When shame makes us either attack, collapse, explain ourselves endlessly or disappear?

We want to explore what happens when we lose the ability to stay in conversation, how quickly we divide into “us vs them,” “right vs wrong,” and people to trust or fear in relationships, communities and society.

This is not about avoiding accountability or tolerating harm, but about asking: How do we set boundaries, speak truth and challenge harmful behavior without dehumanizing each other?

Through the lens of attachment, shame, nervous system protection, the drama triangle and empowerment dynamics, we will explore how fear shapes communication, and what becomes possible when we stay present and responsible in difficult conversations.

This is for people tired of performative goodness, online outrage and silent resentment, people who want more honest relationships, stronger communities and braver ways of disagreeing.
