De Art Supply Swap is een creatieve ruilmarkt voor kunst-, hobby- en knutselmaterialen. In plaats van ongebruikte spullen thuis te laten verstoffen, geef je ze hier een nieuw leven.
Neem materialen mee die nog in goede en bruikbare staat zijn — denk aan verf, textiel, wol, papier, kralen, tools, lino materialen, tijdschriften of creatieve how-to boeken. Op basis van de hoeveelheid, kwaliteit en bruikbaarheid krijgen je spullen een bepaalde waarde. Met die waarde kun je vervolgens andere materialen uitzoeken.
Het idee is simpel: minder verspilling, meer experimenteren en creatieve materialen toegankelijk houden voor iedereen
Geen of niet genoeg materialen om te ruilen? Geen probleem de spullen zullen ook beschikbaar zijn voor een klein bedrag.
De swap is gratis toegankelijk en bedoeld voor iedereen die graag maakt — van hobbyisten en studenten tot kunstenaars en nieuwsgierige beginners.
hoe het werkt :
materialen afgeven
Op de dag zelf kun je jouw materialen meebrengen en aan het incheck punt afgeven.
Wil je van tevoren al je kunst materialen afgeven? Dit kan vrijdag 19.06.2026 op locatie (Hunneweg 4, Maastricht), of op donderdagen 11.00 - 16.00 in het MAAKLAB (Lage Kanaaldijk 112, Maastricht).
Kom je met de…
auto: parkeren kan gratis (1,5 uur) op de parkeerplaats van Albert Heijn, op de Scharnerweg.
fiets: beperkte parkeerplekken voor de deur.
bus: Lijn 2, 4, 6, 8 halte: rotonde Scharnerweg.
(wil je materialen op donderdag afgeven in het MAAKLAB? Parkeren met de fiets of auto kan gratis voor de deur).

Bring materials that are still in good and usable condition — think paint, textiles, yarn, paper, beads, tools, lino supplies, magazines or creative how-to books. Based on the quantity, quality and usability of your items, you’ll receive a value that can be used to pick out other materials.
The idea is simple: less waste, more experimenting, and making creative materials accessible to everyone
Don’t have enough materials to swap? No problem the collection will also be available for a small price.
The swap is free to attend and open to everyone who loves making things — from hobbyists and students to artists and curious beginners.
how does it work :
On the day of the swap, you can bring your Art materials and drop them of at the incheck point.
Do you want to drop of your materials before the event? You can come by on location (Hunneweg 4, Maastricht) Friday 19.06.2026, or drop them of on a Thursday at the MAAKLAB 11.00-16.00 (Lage Kanaaldijk 112, Maastricht).

bike: Limited parking space in front of the entrance.
