🩷🌸The Mom Retreat🩷🌸

an experience for women who feel unseen, unheard and misunderstood in their motherhood journey

What I believe motherhood has brought me over the past 8 years has been my inspiration for this new experience:

🌿The journey to get pregnant
🌿The physical and mental impact on your body
🌿The changes in your relationships
🌿The worries and fears that come with your new responsibility as a parent

My search and struggles in becoming a mom made me experience life at a whole other level to be honest. It felt overwhelming at times and definitely lonely to figure out how to navigate this new chapter.

I’ve combined my personal method ( as described in my book Issues&Tissues ) with my own motherhood struggles and experience in organizing events to create the Mom Retreat.

My solo trip and family trip over the past few weeks to Spain, have given me exactly the missing pieces for my program.

I was looking for an environment that would help me and other women relax, express and recharge and I’m so happy to have found the spots that provide all these requirements.

When your husband’s and daughter’s dream come together… ✨✨✨

From the first sample to the actual 6 designs that my daughter wanted to have on a T-shirt has been a bit of a project 😅

But I’m beyond proud of my hubby TJ for getting these first samples done for our daughter 😍
