Today, we are celebrating the Cohort 2 participants for successfully completing the Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2026. A huge congratulations to our new WILers!

At the end of the ceremony, they will be inducted into the prestigious WIL Alumni Network.

With excitement, we introduce Chinenye, Sharon and Deborah as our judges for The WIL LeadHership Showcase—the official project presentation, awards, and closing event for Cohort 2 of the Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2026.

As the Cohort 2 participants prepare to present the innovative community projects they've nurtured over the past three months, we're excited to see them get assessed by these exemplary young women leaders.

With their wealth of experience across leadership, innovation, branding, and product development, they will not only evaluate these projects but also inspire the next generation of women leaders.
