Tonight rounds up the WIL Program 2026 Leadership Class Series, the first leg of The Leadership Experience Week for the Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2026 (Cohort 2) 💫

Over the past three days, the Cohort 2 participants have journeyed through the core of leadership—from understanding the “Foundation of Leadership” facilitated by Ore Afolayan to “Leading Self” taken by Catherine Cox .c.cox and “Leading Others & Creating Impact” facilitated by Dr. Mary Funmilayo Oni

These amazing facilitators brought their depth, perspective, and practical leadership into every session. We have them to thank for adding so much value to the program and participants.

As the program continues, the mind-shift begins for the participants.

Transformation doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by intention. It is not always loud, sometimes, it begins with a shift in how you think and grows into how you lead.

These are the voices of WIL 2025 Cohort 1 participants who didn’t just attend a program, but experienced a shift in how they think, lead, and show up in the world.

From gaining clarity on leadership, to finding their voice and to taking action in their communities, our alumni are proof that when young women are equipped, supported, and given the space to grow, they lead with intention and purpose.

This is the standard.
This is the impact.
This is WIL.

Impact is not a promise, it is proof 🔥

The Women in Leadership (WIL) Program 2025 (inaugural cohort) was more than a program, it was a measurable shift in how young women think, lead, and create change across communities.

From 32 young women across 4 countries to real leadership roles, community projects, and global fellowships, the numbers tell a powerful story, but the transformation goes deeper.

A shift from awareness to strategy.
From hesitation to action.
From self-doubt to self-trust.
This is what happens when leadership is intentional, structured, and community-driven.

This is the "WIL Impact Story", and this is only the beginning.
