For many early-stage founders, handling pricing objections is one of the toughest parts of sales. For Suleiman Muniru, founder of Global Shining Digital Works and creator of Inaya LSA (an innovative EdTech solution), one key insight from the ongoing iHATCH startup incubation sessions completely transformed his approach to client conversations.

“I used to struggle with how to respond when potential clients said, ‘I love your app, but your price is too high.’ During our training, the facilitator shared a simple but game-changing shift: don’t argue, and don’t get defensive. Just ask: ‘Too high compared to what?’”

Visualizing a thriving digital economy for Kogi State

Our Hub Manager, Alhassan Joshua led a courtesy visit to Lugard TV at the Kogi State Government House, where he sat down with Hon. Ismaila Isah, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, to discuss strategic pathways for youth development and digital transformation.
