Not every English Wikipedia article appears instantly.

New articles often go through a process called Articles for Creation (AfC).

Editors can draft a page, submit it for review, and receive feedback from volunteer reviewers. The draft is checked for notability, reliable sourcing, neutrality, and structure before it's approved.

If it's not ready, it's sent back with suggestions. Then it can be revised and submitted again.

It's a system designed to keep quality consistent while still allowing new contributors to participate.
