Great North-west youth!

Do you know that the 2026 Electoral Act has been amended with changes that could improve our elections?

For instance, the new Act makes it compulsory for the INEC Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) to be used for voter accreditation to prevent voter impersonation.

The Act also makes it mandatory for INEC to transmit election results directly from the polling unit to the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IREV) on election day for transparency

North-west youth requested for this and expect INEC to implement it, now that it is the law

Tell your family and friends that those who want INEC to register them as voters must now present either a Nigerian birth certificate from the National Population Commission, a Nigerian passport, or a National Identification Number (NIN).

We call on North-West youth to participate in ALL processes of the 2027 general elections.
