Throwback to Our Monthly Mentorship Session

At our mentorship session held on 11th April, 2026 at Ojo Community, Lagos, we engaged our teenagers on the topic: “The Benefits of Teen Mentorship and the Qualities of a Good Mentor.”

The conversation focused on the importance of guidance, the role of mentorship in shaping decisions, and the values that define a responsible and impactful mentor. Participants were actively engaged and encouraged to understand the place of mentorship in their personal growth and development.

We appreciate our teen handlers who facilitated the session: Royal Mrs Bolarinwa Fasalejo, Royal Boluwatife Adeboye, Royal Funsho Omotoso, and Royal Temitope Amodu. Their commitment to raising disciplined and value-driven young people remains evident.

A total of 28 participants were recorded, and the session concluded with meaningful interactions and refreshments for all attendees.

At VTYI, we remain committed to providing guidance, structure, and support for teenagers as they grow into responsible leaders.
