It was a privilege of a lifetime to meet with an enigma, a walking knowledge an intelligent and inspiring mother of the nation and wife of the speaker of the Federal House of Nigeria Representative, Her Excellency, *Hajiya Fatima Tajudeen Abbas*

The Inspired to Lead team led the Executive Director, Amb. Jeremiah Agala paid Her Excellency a courtesy visit to formally invite her to the Inspire Her International Conference and Awards Abuja and to officially convey Her Excellency’s nomination for the 2026 Inspire Her Award, in recognition of her exemplary leadership, impactful empowerment initiatives, and the landmark projects she's been championing.

The President House of Representative Spouses Association (HORSA) Her Excellency Hajiya Fatima Tajudeen Abbas, said the initiative is laudable, she thanked the team for finding her worthy of the Inspire Her Awards and committed to being present to receive the award at the conference.

*Etozie, Ijeoma S – PHRi™️*

Leadership | Customer Experience | Strategic HR Partner

Ijeoma Etozie is an experienced and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, and business improvement across different industries. She is known for helping organizations improve performance, strengthen teams, and deliver better customer experiences.

She currently works as an Operations Manager for a leading multinational company, where she oversees operations across three African countries. In this role, she manages teams, supports business growth, and ensures smooth service delivery across complex systems.

Ijeoma’s strength lies in connecting business goals with people strategies. She helps organizations attract the right talent, build strong teams, and improve overall performance through effective HR practices and customer experience solutions.

She is also the Lead Consultant at Santus Consulting, where she provides services such as:

- Talent acquisition and recruitment

- Training and staff development

- Performance management systems

- HR outsourcing and advisory

Beyond her corporate work, Ijeoma is passionate about empowering women. She leads the ADU Queen Women Empowerment Foundation, where she supports women with skills training, financial education, and resources to start and grow their businesses.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics (French). She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi™️).

Her areas of expertise include:

Customer service and relationship management

Leadership and team development

Operations and quality improvement

Business transformation and change management

Ijeoma is also the convener of “The Career Construction Series (A–Z),” a platform that helps individuals grow their careers and prepare for the workplace.

Outside of work, she contributes as a volunteer, facilitator, voice-over talent, and mystery shopper. She is the President-Elect of Inspire Her Legacy Network.

The Executive Director, Inspired to Lead Initiative, Ambassador Jeremiah Agala, led a delegation to meet with the Director General of the Rochas Foundation, Ms. Uchechi Rochas.

The interface birthed a renewed commitment to improve the welfare of the Nigerian Women and Youth, collaborate on expanding education for the underprivileged children and strengthen ties for human capital development.

As the Inspire Her International Conference and Awards Abuja draws near, we shared on the possibilities that can be harnessed and highlighted the conference strategic role in inspiring the needed change for growth in all sectors in Nigeria.

Whilst welcoming the team to her office, the DG Rochas Foundation, Ms. Uchechi Rochas praised the efforts of the the Executive Director of the Inspired to Lead Initiative Ambassador Jeremiah Agala for speaking up for women, advocating for the youths and the underprivileged children.

She stressed that impact isn't instant, but it breeds legacy. She affirmed the commitment of the Rochas Foundation to the Inspire Her International Conference and Awards and looks forward to an amazing time at the conference.

It was meant to be a friendly visit, it became a working visit to the *Pan African Alliance of Small & Medium Industries (PAOSMI)* It ended up becoming a deep mentorship session with the amazing Director General, *Dr. Henry E. Emejuo MD, MPH*

The Executive Director of the Inspired to Lead Initiative *Amb. Jeremiah Agala* shared the prospects of the *Inspire Her International Conference and Awards* and sought the support and collaboration of PAOSMI towards the hosting of the conference and requested that women and youths from the conference have access to the depth of resources at the disposal of the Pan-African organization.

The DG shared with the team that he and the organization are committed to fostering a collaborative ecosystem where knowledge is shared, partnerships are forged and the voices of African SMIs are amplified on the global stage.

He welcome the idea of the Inspire Her International Conference and Awards and says he's deeply committed to it's success.

We visited the Pioneer Honourable Mandate Secretary for Women Affairs Federal Capital Territory and representative of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the Renewed Hope Initiative in the FCT, Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi. We were also joined by the Permanent Secretary.

We sought the collaboration and endorsement of the Women Affairs Secretariat towards the hosting of the Inspire Her International Conference and Awards Abuja 2026.

The team was led on the courtesy visit by the Executive Director, Amb. Jeremiah Agala and we had a fruitful interface.

The Inspire Her International Conference and Awards 2026 promises to bring together major stakeholders in the women advocacy space, inspiring female and male leaders raising the bar of leadership awareness, female entrepreneurs and CEOs, business owners, students etc.
