🌟 *BRIGHT MINDS PROJECT 2026 🌟*
Every Future Deserves to Be Seen

The Rotary Club of Abuja Jabi Lakeside, in collaboration with Jolomi Arenyeka Charity, is proud to present the Bright Minds Project 2026, an impactful outreach dedicated to empowering visually impaired students and supporting education in underserved communities.

📅 *Date* : Friday, 24th April 2026
📍 *Locations* :

- FCT School for the Blind Children, Jabi – 9:00 AM
- JSS Kwali & GSS Kwali, Kwali – 11:30 AM

*Project Highlights:*

- Donation of desks and benches
- Provision of industrial waste disposal bins
- Distribution of 130 branded school bags
- Purchase and restoration of Perkins Braille machines
- Provision of geometry sets, talking calculators & voice recorders
- Donation of personalised towels
- Distribution of white canes
- Provision of dignity packs for girls

We believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to thrive.

*Rotary Club of Abuja Jabi Lakeside; SIP & PAINT Meeting Highlights*

This week, our club gathered for a truly inspiring *Sip & Paint session themed “End Polio Now.”* While sipping and painting, we creatively expressed the vision of a world free from polio. 🖌️🥂

A special highlight of the evening was the presence of our *adopted child, a courageous polio survivor,* whose story reminded us why our fight against polio is so important. ❤️

Adding even greater impact, *AG Belinda Chinwe Madubuike (Foundation Chair) and AG Ibrahim Momodu (Polio Chair)* delivered powerful speeches that not only inspired us but also deepened our understanding of Rotary’s passion for eradicating polio worldwide. Their words stirred every heart and reminded us of the *urgent need to stay committed.* 🌍✨

Moved by these moments, members made heartfelt pledges and renewed their commitment to support Rotary’s fight against polio. The unity and fire within the club have never been stronger! 💪🔥

We also celebrated our wonderful September born Rotarians 🎂🎊 a joyful reminder that service and celebration go hand in hand.
