He is the Founder and Group Lead of PATPA Group, a Business Development Service Provider focused on enterprise incubation, project facilitation, and investment development.

Ephraim has extensive experience working with multinational organizations, government institutions, development partners, and rural communities, providing expertise in project design, grant development, implementation, and impact-driven programme management.
