七里香慈善基金會成立於2011年，是非盈利及獲得社團注冊局承認的慈善組織。

七里香主要的慈善活動，是為貧病往生者進行施棺殮葬，讓貧苦家庭的往生者得以善終，圓滿人生。

青年客工仄敏汉在睡梦中离世，客死异乡，家境困苦，亲友恳求社会善心人士协助施棺后事。

往生者仄敏汉（ZWE MIN KHANT），得年27岁，为缅甸籍客工。

他生前单身，在家中四名兄弟姐妹中排行第三，父母及兄弟姐妹皆居住在缅甸家乡。三年前，他为了改善家境，只身来到马来西亚打拼，生前在一间餐馆工作。

岂料，他日前放工返住所休息后，竟在睡梦中离世，令人惋惜。其真正死因，目前仍有待有关当局进一步证实。

由于家境清寒，家属远在异乡，无力承担后事费用，亲友通过慈善管道向七里香慈善基金会求助，希望获得施棺援助。

本会施棺组在了解情况后，已协助处理领尸、设灵、出殡及火化等后事安排，让这名客死异乡的青年，得以体面走完人生最后一程。

A young migrant worker passed away in his sleep while abroad. Due to his family’s financial hardship, the Qi Li Xiang Charity's coffin team promptly stepped in to handle his funeral arrangements.

The deceased, ZWE MIN KHANT (27 years old) was a Myanmar national.

He was single and the third of four siblings. His parents and siblings are all living in their hometown in Myanmar. Three years ago, he came alone to Malaysia in hopes of improving his family’s financial situation, and had been working at a restaurant.

After returning to his accommodation to rest following work a few days ago, he passed away in his sleep, leaving many deeply saddened. The exact cause of death is still pending further confirmation by the relevant authorities.

As his family is poor and living far away in another country, they are unable to afford the funeral expenses. Therefore, relatives and friends have sought assistance through charitable channels from the Qi Li Xiang Charity hoping to obtain funeral aid and coffin assistance.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity fully assisted with the entire process, including body claiming, funeral wake, funeral procession, and cremation services, ensuring the deceased could rest in peace with dignity.

年轻母亲骤然离世，留下两名年幼女儿，七里香伸出援手。

年轻家庭主妇艾达突然离世，留下丈夫与两名年幼女儿相依为命。七里香慈善基金会接获求助后，施棺组伸出援手，协助办理后事，愿逝者早日安息。

往生者艾达（AIDA A/P RAMLI），享年26岁，为原住民妇女。她生前为家庭主妇，与丈夫育有两名女儿，分别年仅3岁与7岁。丈夫从事割胶工作，收入有限，一家人生活朴实却彼此依靠。

不幸的是，她日前突发呼吸困难，家人紧急将她送院抢救，惟最终仍回天乏术，不幸离世，死因是心脏休克。

突如其来的噩耗，让原本清贫的家庭更雪上加霜。亲友随后通过慈善管道联系上七里香慈善基金会，恳求协助为逝者办理身后事。

本会施棺组在了解情况后，协助处理领尸、设灵及出殡等事宜，让逝者得以体面走完人生最后一程。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 620

A young house wife has suddenly passed away, leaving behind her husband and two young daughters. After receiving a request for assistance, the Qi Li Xiang Charity's coffin team promptly stepped in to handle her funeral arrangements.

The deceased, AIDA A/P RAMLI (26 years old) was an indigenous woman. She was a housewife during her lifetime and had two daughters with her husband, aged 3 and 7 respectively. Her husband worked as a rubber tapper, and with a modest income, the family lived simply but supported one another.

Unfortunately, she developed sudden breathing difficulties and was rushed to the hospital by her family for emergency treatment. Despite efforts to resuscitate her, she eventually passed away. The cause of death was cardiac shock.

This sudden tragedy has further burdened the already financially struggling family. Her relatives later contacted the Qi Li Xiang Charity through charitable channels, seeking assistance with her funeral arrangements.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity fully assisted with the entire process, including body collection, wake arrangements, funeral procession, and cremation, ensuring the deceased could rest in peace with dignity.

简述:

1岁多男婴陈昶腾自出生以来体质虚弱，频繁进出医院接受治疗，加上需长期饮用特殊配方奶粉，沉重的生活开销令低收入家庭的父亲陈文通不堪负荷。在无计可施之下，他唯有对外求助。

陈昶腾来自大山脚。他于2024年12月出生，不料出生第十一天他在喝奶时，突然出现呼吸困难，父母随即紧急将他送院抢救。

经检查发现，昶腾因肺部感染而无法自主呼吸，同时伴有消化不良问题，无法正常进食，只能依靠专业导管喂养。为缓解病情，医生建议他长期使用特殊配方奶粉，以预防胃食道逆流，每月需约10罐，费用相当高昂。

昶腾是陈文通与妻子小枫的幼子，上有两名哥哥，分别为7岁与4岁。小枫原在超市担任主管，但自长子出生后因无人照料孩子，只得辞去工作，在家全职照顾家庭至今。

陈文通在疫情前从事空调维修承包工作，家庭经济尚可维持。然而疫情重创生计，他被迫转行成为电召摩托车送餐员，目前每日收入仅约40令吉，收入微薄，难以支撑一家五口及孩子的医疗开销。

七里香接获求助派员与病人了解和审核后，本会议决拨出500令吉医药援助金给陈文通，由妻子小枫代表接领，以减轻儿子的医药负担。

Baby boy TAN CHANG TERNG has been frail since birth and has frequently been admitted to the hospital for treatment. In addition, he requires long-term consumption of special formula milk, and the heavy expenses have become an unbearable burden for his low-income family. With no other options left, his father, Chen Wen Tong, has turned to the public for help.

TAN CHANG TERNG is from Bukit Mertajam. He was born in December 2024. However, on the eleventh day after his birth, he suddenly experienced breathing difficulties while drinking milk, prompting his parents to rush him to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Medical examinations revealed that Chang Teng suffered from a lung infection that left him unable to breathe on his own. He also had digestive problems and was unable to feed normally, relying instead on professional tube feeding. To ease his condition, doctors recommended that he consume special formula milk over the long term to prevent gastroesophageal reflux. He requires about 10 tins per month, making the cost extremely high.

CHANG TERNG is the youngest son of BOON THONG and his wife, ZHAUFONG. He has two older brothers, aged seven and four. ZHAUFONG previously worked as a supermarket supervisor, but after the birth of their eldest son, she had no one to help care for the children and was forced to resign to become a full-time homemaker.

Before the pandemic, BOON THONG worked as an air-conditioning repair contractor, and the family was able to manage financially. However, the pandemic severely affected his livelihood, forcing him to switch careers and become a motorcycle delivery rider for a ride-hailing platform. At present, he earns only about RM40 a day, an income far too low to support a family of five along with the mounting medical expenses for his child.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity has decided to allocate RM500 as medical assistance fund to reduce the burden of patient.

据了解，他远赴马来西亚工作已有5年，在一间塑胶厂工作。

不幸的是，他患病后身体状况逐渐转差，最终不敌病魔离世。

其亲友通过慈善管道联系上七里香慈善基金会，恳求协助为逝者处理身后事。

本会施棺组在了解情况后，协助处理领尸、设灵、出殡及火化等事宜，让逝者在异乡也能体面走完人生最后一程，得以安息。

Unfortunately, after falling ill, his health gradually deteriorated, and he eventually succumbed to his illness.

His relatives and friends later contacted the Qi Li Xiang Charity through charitable channels, seeking assistance in handling his final arrangements.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity fully assisted with the entire process, including body collection, wake arrangements, funeral procession, and cremation, ensuring the deceased could rest in peace with dignity.

单身德士司机病逝，众人助他走完最后一程。

六旬单身汉陈荣槟不幸病逝，七里香施棺组伸出援手，为其处理身后事，愿逝者早日安息。

往生者陈荣槟（CHAN YOONG BEN），享年61岁，生前为德士司机，在四名兄弟姐妹中排行最小。

据了解，他生前患有高血压，近日因身体不适被送往医院就医，惟病情恶化，最终不幸离世，死因是败血症。

由于逝者单身，亲友找上七里香慈善基金会，寻求协助。

本会施棺组协助处理领尸、设灵、出殡及火化等事宜，让逝者得以体面走完人生最后一程。

✍️Coffin & Funeral assistance case No: 618

A 61-year-old single man has unfortunately passed away, the Qi Li Xiang Charity's coffin team promptly stepped in to handle his funeral arrangements.

The deceased, CHAN YOONG BEN (61 years old) was a taxi driver during his lifetime and was the youngest among four siblings.

According to reports, he had a history of high blood pressure. He was recently taken to the hospital after feeling unwell, but his condition worsened and he eventually passed away. The cause of death was sepsis.

As he was single, his relatives contacted the Qi Li Xiang Charity Foundation through charitable channels to seek assistance with the funeral arrangements.

The Qi Li Xiang Charity fully assisted with the entire process, including body collection, wake arrangements, funeral procession, and cremation, ensuring the deceased could rest in peace with dignity.

Who wish to donate towards the coffin & funeral expenses , may remit the donation to the Qi Li Xiang Charity' bank account or via Touch N Go ewallet.
