As momentum builds towards the U.S.-Africa Business Summit, the U.S. Embassy Mauritius, in collaboration with the Corporate Council on Africa, convened an influential gathering bringing together Mauritian Government Ministers, top business leaders, and key economic stakeholders.

More than a networking reception, the event reflected the growing strategic importance of Mauritius as a gateway for investment, innovation, and business collaboration between Africa and the United States ahead of the summit taking place from 26–29 July.

As a driving force within the Mauritian business ecosystem, AMCHAM Mauritius was proud to be part of these high-level exchanges. Through its strong network and commitment to fostering international partnerships, AMCHAM Mauritius continues to position itself as a catalyst for dialogue, investment opportunities, and meaningful U.S.–Africa business engagement.

The event highlighted the remarkable contributions of Americans in driving innovation and shaping industries across the world.

AMCHAM Mauritius was pleased to host its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Les Suites by the Docks, Port Louis, on Monday, 30 March 2026.

This important milestone provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the 2025 Board and the continued progress in advancing our mission. From growing our membership base to strengthening advocacy efforts and building strategic partnerships, 2025 has been a year of meaningful impact.

The President’s Report highlighted key milestones and initiatives, while the Treasurer’s Report offered a clear overview of AMCHAM’s financial performance.
