All members of the IET Mauritius Network are kindly invited to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

🗓 Date: Monday 9th March 2026
🕔 Time: 17:45
📍 Venue: Ebene House, Ebene, Mauritius

❗In case of no quorum, the AGM shall be re-scheduled for Monday 23rd March 2026 at the same time and at the same venue.

📋 Agenda
1. Approval of minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 7th February 2025
2. President’s report
3. Adoption of the Treasurer’s report and accounts for period ending 30th September 2025
4. Approval of budget estimates for period 2025/2026
5. Election of Committee Members and two auditors for period 2025/2026
6. AOB

👥 Notice of Vacancies
9 elected Members and up to 2 co-opted Members on the IET Mauritius Network Management Committee for the period 2025/2026

Members are strongly encouraged to stand for election as this will be an opportunity to contribute towards enhancing the Engineering & Technology Sector in Mauritius.

🔹 Proxy Voting
Members unable to attend the AGM may appoint another IET Member as proxy to represent them and vote on their behalf. The proxy will remain valid in case the AGM is re-scheduled for Monday 23rd March 2026.

Members will soon receive an email from IET with a link to:
• Indicate their intent to stand as candidate for the next Managing Committee
• Designate a proxy if unable to attend
