It is with great honor that we congratulate one of our 2025 interns from the Indigenous Affairs Office, Haโ€™anni Pangelinan Boichan, a proud daughter of the Marianas, for graduating as the 2026 Valedictorian of Xavier High School in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia.

Before relocating to further her education, Haโ€™anni attended Chacha High School and later pursued her studies at Xavier High School, a highly prestigious co-educational Roman Catholic college preparatory school operated by the Jesuits on Weno Island. Xavier High School is recognized as one of the oldest and most respected secondary schools in the Pacific, educating future leaders throughout Micronesia, Palau, and the Marshall Islands.

Haโ€™anni is the eldest daughter of Yvonne Pangelinan (OBO) and Chrispino Houmarek. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire our community and the next generation of leaders.

๐Ÿคฉ Congratulations on this outstanding ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠachievement! We wish you continued success and the very best in all your future endeavors Haโ€™anni Pangelinan Boichan๐ŸŽ“โœจ
