On the direction of growth, our brief is precise:

Downtown Amman first, then outward.

Block by block, not by national campaign. That order matters.

The third pillar — Sustainability & Social Cohesion — uses three tools, named in our brief:

Cultural programming.
Eco-tourism.
Intercommunity dialogue.

Different tools. One job — strengthening the social fabric between Jordanians and the refugee, migrant, and host communities they share neighbourhoods with.

Our mission ends with three words worth pausing on:

Shape their own future.

The word “own” is doing all the work.

If our approach is unfamiliar — come by. There’s a lot to talk about.

Three components. One arc — from skill to sustained income.

From the working method in our brief — the third of three narrowings we design for:

Host communities, closer to the refugee and migrant populations they live alongside.

The last word — “alongside” — carries most of the meaning.
