This initiative is part of the Private Sector Access to Support Startups (PASS) Program, and is co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union. It is implemented in partnership with Orange Jordan, with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE). The Mentors Training phase is delivered by Business and Professional Women Association in partnership with Orange Jordan.

🌿 نبال بطوش، مؤسسة Nebaleva، حيث تعرّفنا على قصتها الملهمة والرؤية وراء علامتها.

🍽️ رُبا ابو اعجمية، صاحبة مطعم الزورق، التي استقبلتنا بكل كرم وحفاوة في مطعمها الجميل، وأضافت للزيارة طابعاً مميزاً ودافئاً.

ما بين الأحاديث الملهمة وزياراتنا لعضواتنا المميزات، كان يوماً مليئاً بالتواصل والإلهام

اختتم المشاركون في تدريب Wenhance للخدمات رحلة تدريبية مكثفة امتدت على مدار 5 أيام، قُدمت بالشراكة مع Medal Consulting وبإشراف نخبة من الخبراء والمدربين المتخصصين، بهدف تعزيز جاهزية الشركات الخدمية للتوسع والوصول إلى الأسواق العالمية 🌍✨

خلال التدريب، عمل المشاركون على تطوير استراتيجيات دخول الأسواق وخطط التصدير، وتعزيز مهارات التسويق والمبيعات، وبناء نماذج التسعير وتحليل التكاليف، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتسويق الرقمي لدعم نمو أعمالهم وتوسعها دوليًا.

تدريب عملي وتطبيقي مكّن الشركات من تطوير أدوات واستراتيجيات تساعدها على النمو بثقة في الأسواق الدولية.

يُنفَّذ هذا النشاط ضمن مشروع تطوير القطاع الخاص المبتكر (I-PSD)، والمنفَّذ من قبل GIZ نيابةً عن الحكومة الألمانية

Participants in Wenhance for Services Training completed an intensive 5-day training journey delivered in partnership with Medal Consulting and led by expert trainers, focused on strengthening service businesses’ readiness for international expansion 🌍✨

Throughout the training, participants developed market entry and export strategies, strengthened marketing and sales skills, built pricing and cost analysis models, and explored AI tools and digital marketing to support business growth and global reach.

A practical hands-on training equipping businesses with the tools and strategies needed to grow with confidence in international markets.

This activity is implemented under the Innovative Private Sector Development (I-PSD) Project, implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Government.
