Position: Senior Operations and Tendering Officer
Sam Fo Meats is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to provide operational leadership and support the growth of its Remittance Services.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership and supervise multiple remittance locations.
* Ensure efficient daily operations and excellent customer service.
* Maintain operational controls, compliance and reporting.
* Liaise with remittance partners.
* Coordinate government procurement and tender submissions through GOJEP/e-PPS.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications:
âś… First degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
âś… Experience in operations management, compliance or a related role.
âś… Strong leadership and people management skills.
âś… Excellent organizational and communication skills.
âś… Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
âś… High integrity and professionalism.
