Securipro and Atlas Security Officers paid late Friday evening 😡😡

The Security Officers at Securipro and Atlas have messaged me to delivery the message that the late Friday salary fortnightly need to end. These two companies are ranked in the top ten largest companies in Jamaica . They employ roughly under 1500 Security Officers ,they don't have any excuses because companies like Guardsman, Hawkeye, KingAlarm and Quest that employ over 2000 Security Officers pay their Security Officers on Wednesdays, Thursday or early Friday morning .

Atlas and Securipro have been around for over a decade so they must understand that a Security Officer being paid late Friday evenings or nights is not good morally for an employee. Some Securipro Security Officers even say sometimes they get pay 8pm and 10pm at nights . How is that good for an employee?

Securipro Security Officers pay $1500 for uniforms forever ‼️‼️

In Securipro Security Limited the Security Officers have to pay $1500 fortnight from when the start to when the leave the company . So a Security Officer working there for 10 years still paying for uniforms fortnightly . Securipro Security Officers it is time to stand up against this wickedness and slavery from Securipro. Clients who have contracts with Securipro it is time to make your voices be heard against this slavery practice by Securipro.

$10,000 Christmas Bonus wish for Guardsman,KingAlarm and Hawkeye Security Officers

Guardsman, KingAlarm and Hawkeye together account for over 40-percent of the private security industry . Therefore all three companies together paying $10,000 Christmas Bonus this year will signal to other small companies that should follow suit next year . The bonus will boost productivity and assist in recruitment . Let's say each company have 4000 Security Officers and they largely assist the company making $400 million so what's wrong giving your employees $40 million annually out of that ?

These companies probably sponsor, finance or donate over $40 million annually so why not give your Security Officers who keep the company running ?

HOW WILL THIS PROPOSAL WORK ?

🔵Once you work over 6 months a $10,000 bonus make sense .
🔵Under 6 months in the company a $5000 bonus would be reasonable.

The Jamaica Association for Private Security (J**S) President Teddylee Gray wish is for these three top companies unite and make this Christmas Bonus wish possible .

SHALK SECURITY OFFICERS STILL BEING PAID MONTHLY?

Last year myself and the Jamaica Association for Private Security (J**S) brought awareness to the public on Shalk Security Company Limited paying Security Officers monthly and not paying laundry for Security Officers overtime . Some Security Officers late last year told me that management said they will fix the monthly payment issue by January 2026 . We are not in October would love an update publicly by Security Officers at Shalk if salaries is now fortnightly instead of Monthly . Also please to inform us if you are being paid overtime without laundry($52.38 for all hours worked) . Also let please to inform the public if you get lay pay on a Friday ?
