THE ROOMS ARE CHANGING. AND SO AM I. 🔥❤️

There's something powerful about finding yourself in spaces that once existed only in your imagination.

Not because you've finally arrived. Baby, I'm nowhere near finished! 😂 But because you recognize the woman you've had to become to even walk through those doors.

The conversations are different. The connections are different. The opportunities are different.

And here's what I've learned...

You don't have to become somebody else to belong in bigger rooms. You just have to stop shrinking the woman you already are.

Being part of the Stellar Makeover with and meeting the incredibly gifted reminded me of something I believe deeply.

There is an ART to operating in your gift.

Watching GooGoo bring her vision, creativity, and expertise into the room was a beautiful reminder of what happens when people are doing what they were created to do.

And baby, that's the kind of energy I want around me! 🙌🏾

People who aren't afraid to be brilliant. People who know their gifts. People who don't have to dim somebody else's light to let their own shine.

Because sometimes the blessing isn't just the opportunity. It's the people God places in your path and what those connections awaken in you.

And y'all, I'm making room for MORE.

More experiences. More meaningful connections. More opportunities to use my voice. More freedom to show up as ALL of who I am.

I didn't come this far just to become comfortable with where I am.

There's still too much life to live, too much purpose to walk in, and too much of God's goodness I haven't experienced yet.

And if there's one thing I know...

God didn't give you a gift for you to spend your life hiding it. ❤️🔥

I WAS BORN A FIGHTER. BUT LIFE TAUGHT ME WHAT WAS WORTH FIGHTING FOR. 🔥

From a little girl growing up in Pontiac, Michigan, to the woman holding the microphone today, my story has never been about playing small.

And baby, the fight has always been in me. The purpose? That's what life taught me.

And that's why I speak. I use my voice to challenge what needs to change, stand up for those who deserve to be heard, and remind Black women and girls that their stories, their voices, and their power MATTER.

I didn't just find my voice. I found what I was meant to use it for.

Let me tell you where it all started. 🎤💜

THE MAKEOVER WAS NEVER JUST ABOUT THE CLOTHES. ❤️

Looking back at my Stellar Makeover experience with Stellar TV, I realize just how much bigger this moment was than a wardrobe transformation.

I was already changing. My mindset, my vision, the rooms I was entering, and the woman I was becoming.

But my outside hadn't quite caught up with what God was doing on the inside.

And here's the beautiful part...

I didn't chase this opportunity. I got clear about what I wanted, released the HOW, and trusted God with the rest.

Then came the phone call. The Stellar Makeover. And GooGoo Atkins.

Baby, you cannot tell me alignment isn't REAL! 😂

And while everybody gets to see the finished look, these behind-the-scenes moments remind me that there's beauty in the process, too.

Sitting in that chair, watching another woman operate so naturally in her gift, reminded me of something I believe deeply.

You don't have to force what's aligned with who you're becoming.

Sometimes the transformation has already happened within you. The rest of the world is just catching up.

And let me tell you something...

Don't let your dreams stop in the basement of your imagination. God has a whole penthouse of realities waiting for you. 🔥

I'm still becoming. Still dreaming. Still making room for everything God has in store.

And GooGoo, I'm still claiming you as my stylist! 🤷🏾♀️😂❤️

Of all the rooms God has blessed me to speak in, emceeing my Ma’s book launch will always be one of my proudest moments. 💜

At 70, my mama, whose author name is Celia Earl Gardner, gave birth to a dream. Watching her tell her story, reclaim her voice, and come alive in the process has been so inspiring.

It reminded me that it’s never too late to fulfill your wildest dreams. What God placed inside you still has room to grow. And bringing it into the world can breathe life back into you, too.

This is the heart behind my work. Helping people reconnect with what lights them up, challenge the beliefs and subconscious programming that have kept them quiet, and awaken the version of themselves that’s been sitting dormant. There is so much life waiting to be lived when we begin to believe something different is possible for us.

YOU'VE SPENT YEARS BECOMING THE WOMAN EVERYBODY CAN COUNT ON. BUT BABY, CAN YOU COUNT ON YOU? 💜

Whew. Let's talk about that.

You've been the strong one. The dependable one. The one who figures it out, holds it together, shows up, and makes things happen. Even when you've got a million things going on in your own life.

And listen, there's nothing wrong with being that woman. But somewhere along the way, we've got to stop confusing being needed with being fulfilled.

Because what about YOU?

Your rest. Your joy. Your desires. Your dreams. Your peace. Your whole damn life.

You deserve the same love, energy, and commitment you've been pouring into everybody else.

And no, I'm not talking about squeezing in a little self-care after you've taken care of the entire world. I'm talking about making yourself a priority without needing a reason, an excuse, or anybody's permission.

You can be a woman people count on without becoming a woman who constantly abandons herself.

So here's my question for you, sis...

When was the last time you showed up for YOURSELF the way you show up for everybody else? 💜✨
