For a long time, I thought strength meant carrying it all.
Being the one people could count on.
The one who figured it out.
The one who stepped in before anything fell apart.
And if I'm honest, a part of me wore that like a badge of honor.
But somewhere along the way, I learned a hard truth:
Just because I can carry it all doesn't mean I'm supposed to.
Some of us have been strong for so long that we've forgotten what support feels like.
We've become so used to holding everything together that rest feels uncomfortable and receiving feels unfamiliar.
These days, I'm learning that freedom isn't found in proving how much I can carry.
It's found in knowing what to put down.
✨ So I'll leave you with this:
What is one thing you're carrying right now that was never meant to be yours alone?
