Jamaica Association of Administrative Professionals - St. James Chapter This is the Official Business page for the JAAP - St. James Chapter Mary. JAAP is a member of the Caribbean Association of Administrative Professionals (CAAP).

The Jamaica Association of Administrative Professionals (JAAP), is a non-political, non-profit, non-sectarian organization, which currently boasts six Chapters, namely: Kingston, St James, Manchester, St Ann, Portland and St. The Chapters are governed by the National Executive (formed in Mandeville on February 23, 1985). JAAP is organized for the purpose of elevating the standards of Administrativ

e Professionals in Jamaica, and maintaining among its members, a high standard of proficiency and integrity. The primary aim of the Association is that of continuing education. Of major emphasis also is the care for the less fortunate in the society. The Chapter actively serves its members and the wider community through the following programs/media and much more;

- Monthly Meetings
- Professional Development Seminars and Workshops
- Administrative Professionals Week Activities
- Community Service
- Networking Opportunities

- Montego Bay Learning Centre
- The Women's Centre

General Monthly Meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of each month, except for the months of May and July. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are being held virtually via ZOOM commencing at 6 p.m.
